[Technical Abstract for SpaceX/Starlink Engineering Team] Title: Beyond Shannon: Reconstituting High-Dimensional Data via Mersenne Lattice Projection — Achieving 2,394x Efficiency for Interplanetary Video Streaming Authors: Min-ho Jeong, et al. (HSKG Research Lab) Key Metrics: 15,677:1 (Static), 2,394:1 (Video), 100% SHA-256 Integrity 1. The Problem: The Tyranny of the Bit Current communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) are slaves to the "bit-stream" paradigm. In deep-space or high-concurrency satellite environments (Starlink), the physics of bandwidth and latency create an unbreakable ceiling. Moving bits is expensive; reconstituting information is free. 2. The Solution: Mersenne Teleportation (MLC V3.8) We propose a shift from "Bit-Transmission" to "Coordinate Resonance." By mapping data into a 4096-dimensional Mersenne Lattice, we extract the 'Visual Genes' of any digital asset. Instead of sending the raw data, we project high-dimensional coordinates that allow the receiver’s engine to autonomously materialize the original data. 3. Empirical Evidence: The 2394x Breakthrough In our latest live demonstration (Feb 2026), we achieved:  * Temporal Dominance: A 9.35MB HD video was reduced to a 4KB coordinate packet (2,394x efficiency).  * Complexity Handling: A 61.24MB dataset was materialized from 4KB (15,310x efficiency).  * Bit-Perfect Integrity: Every test passed SHA-256 validation with zero-bit error.  * Stateless Security: Original data is never stored during transit—"Original Bit Absent" (OBA) protocol. 4. Strategic Implication for Starlink & Mars For a Mars-Earth link, bandwidth requirements are reduced by 99.96%. This technology allows for real-time 4K streaming from Starship using existing low-bandwidth antennas. It is not just a codec; it is the new backbone for interplanetary civilization.

Have you had one of those “long” LLM sessions, where after a while the LLM starts to forget and you need to remind it? I guess NVIDIA must have, and pointed their researchers at the problem! For context (pun intended), long context in LLMs is usually tackled by throwing more compute at attention (bigger KV caches, full attention, etc.). NVIDIAs paper takes a different angle: treat long context like a “learning” problem, not just a “memory” problem. Instead of trying to remember everything perfectly, the model keeps learning while it reads and updating itself using the text in front of it. That means it can “compress” what matters from a huge context into its own weights, without needing full attention across the entire sequence. Why this is interesting: ✅ Works well even as context grows (tested up to 128K tokens) ✅ Inference stays fast, because it doesn’t need to attend to the whole context ✅ Reported ~2.7× faster than full attention at very long contexts The trade-off: If you need perfect “needle in a haystack” recall, or deep precision, full attention still wins. But if you want long-context understanding at speed, this is a really promising direction. Feels like one of the more practical paths forward for long-context models: don’t just extend memory, teach the model to adapt while it reads. I think in practice, we’ll apply both methods based on our tasks, but I’d love to hear your thoughts. A Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) has rapidly become the blueprint for designing intelligent workflows in modern agent-based AI systems. By connecting discrete steps in a forward-only sequence, DAGs support how today’s agent systems handle complex tasks, automate tool calls, and adjust workflows dynamically. What is a DAG? At its core, a DAG is a network of nodes linked by directed, one-way edges, with a key guarantee: no cycles or feedback loops. This “always-forward” structure effectively models processes that require steps to occur in a specific order, ideal for data pipelines, business logic, and autonomous agent planning. Each node represents an action or operation, while the edges represent dependencies and flow. Why DAGs Matter for Agentic AI Agentic AI systems depend on modularity and orchestration. In this framework, each event or goal can trigger a dynamic, context-aware workflow—a tailored sequence of planning, decision-making, and tool-calling steps. DAGs offer these agents a clear, auditable map to break down complex challenges into smaller, independent tasks and coordinate both parallel and sequential actions. As agents adapt to real-time feedback, their underlying DAGs can reconfigure quickly, maintaining flexibility while keeping order and transparency. Node Design: From Atomic Actions to Composable Intelligence Designing effective DAG nodes is essential for building robust, scalable agent workflows. Each node should represent a single, clear action: planning or decomposition nodes for breaking down goals; tool-call nodes that handle database queries, API calls, or ML inferences; aggregator nodes for combining results; and state nodes to manage context or update memory. Clear input and output rules enable nodes to connect smoothly, think “data in, result out”, making it easier for downstream steps to use results without confusion. For intelligent branching, nodes can incorporate conditional logic to direct execution based on real-time outputs or agent decisions. Where there’s no dependency, design for parallelism: schedule tool calls or analyses to run concurrently, speeding up throughput for complex events. Node Design Guidelines •  Keep nodes modular and atomic for reuse and fault isolation. •  Clearly define interfaces (inputs/outputs) for modular, debuggable flows. •  Use descriptive names and thorough documentation; this benefits both humans and explainable AI reviews. •   Apply conditional, branching, and aggregator nodes to handle dynamic, data-driven scenarios. DAGs, precisely constructed at the node level, serve as the framework that makes agentic AI workflows adaptable, scalable, and trustworthy in production. RAG was phase one.The next competitive layer may be observational memory. New evidence suggests memory-augmented agents can reduce costs by up to 10x and outperform classic RAG on long-horizon tasks. This is not a marginal improvement. It’s an architectural shift. Enterprise AI will not be defined by larger models, but by how we design memory, continuity, and evaluation at system level. Just read the MIT Technology Review piece on Google releasing energy data for Gemini. It’s interesting to finally see concrete numbers behind what an AI prompt actually consumes, rather than broad estimates or assumptions. As AI use scales, this kind of transparency feels important for understanding the real infrastructure and sustainability tradeoffs behind everyday interactions. Software development is rapidly evolving from ‘telling computers what to do’ to ‘teaching computers what to do’. In my recent talk at the Silicon Valley AI Think Tank, I expressed the importance of training your own proprietary AI models and walked through the steps involved. The most important lesson was around sourcing large volumes of quality data.

The open source agentic AI space is growing fast. I've been testing and experimenting with six projects competing to be the "brains" for my agentic setups: - OpenClaw - NanoClaw - ZeroClaw - OpenFang - Hermes Agent - Nanobot All MIT licensed. All designed to run on your own hardware and models. Here’s what stands out after digging through the codebases: 🦀 ZeroClaw (Rust) – 8.8 MB binary, starts in <10ms, runs on a Raspberry Pi. 99% less memory than TypeScript alternatives. If you want a truly always-on, zero-cost agent, this is it. 🛡️ OpenFang (Rust)– 16 security layers: WASM sandboxing, Merkle audit trails, taint tracking, ED25519 signed agent manifests. The most enterprise-grade security in this category—plus 7 pre-built autonomous “hands” (lead gen, OSINT, research, social media manager…). 🔒 NanoClaw (TypeScript) – Credentials never enter containers. A host-side proxy intercepts and injects real API keys. The most paranoid isolation architecture here, in a good way. 🧠 Hermes Agent (Python) – The only one with a built-in learning loop. Creates reusable skills from experience, stores them as markdown+code, and loads them into context for future runs. There’s even a skill marketplace at agentskills.io. 🔬 Nanobot (Python) – Built by HK-AIUDS researchers. 21,500 lines of clean Python, 497-line agent loop. The most readable codebase here—built to be forked and published about. 🏗️ OpenClaw (TypeScript) – The original. 40+ extensions, 20+ messaging platforms, full cost tracking, configurable sandboxing. The Swiss army knife of the group. Six months ago most of these were in alpha. Today they’re production-ready with real security engineering and multi-platform support. The “you need cloud for serious AI” era is ending at every layer of the stack. Personally, I'm mostly into #OpenFang for its security robustness and lightweight setup and currently setting all my projects with #Hermes as the project's recursive memory backbone.
