Darrin Porch shared this🏗️ Proud to Support Another Kansas City Project SafeRise, LLC is proud to be supporting the University of Kansas Cancer Center project in Kansas City with our engineered elevator hoistway protection system. As a Kansas City-area company, there’s something especially rewarding about seeing SafeRise on projects right here in our own community. We work on major projects across the country, but we always love the opportunity to support the contractors, workers, and developments shaping our hometown. A special thank you to our partners at JE Dunn Construction and Blue Hat for bringing SafeRise onto this important project. I had the opportunity to be onsite with the JE Dunn superintendent team for installation training and implementation of the SafeRise system. That hands-on support is an important part of what we provide, as we want to be a true safety partner from initial planning through field deployment. We’re proud to play a small role in a project that will have such a meaningful impact on Kansas City and the surrounding region. Thank you to the JE Dunn and Blue Hat teams for the partnership and commitment to worker safety. #SafeRise #JEDunn #KansasCity #ConstructionSafety #BlueHat #HealthcareConstruction #ElevatorSafety #HoistwayProtection #Elevators #JobsiteSafety #ConstructionInnovation

Darrin Porch shared thisJim Canfield is phenomenal and should be a requirement for all business owners whether they have a goal to exit or not.Darrin Porch shared thisThe biggest threat when selling your company isn't a market downturn or a bad deal. It's not knowing what buyers are actually looking for until it's too late. I'm hosting a one-hour virtual session on April 7th for business owners who are 1 to 3 years from going to market and want to maximize their transaction outcome. We'll work through the Value Creation Formula, a practical framework for identifying what's driving and destroying value in your company. You'll walk away with: ✅ A clear understanding of how buyers and private equity firms evaluate businesses like yours ✅ Data-backed insight into what separates premium transactions from average ones ✅ A post-session assessment to benchmark where your company currently stands Attendance is limited to keep the session focused and make room for meaningful Q&A. This decision was not an easy one for me but I look forward to becoming a part of Schindler’s continued success. It’s truly exciting to be part of a company that promotes their people to learn and grow. As every parent does the first day of school pics, I had my son take this one of me. 😂😜

Darrin Porch liked thisShoutout to our Marketing Department! 🎉 They are always looking for creative and different ways to promote Metro Elevator. Kansas City was lucky enough to be picked as the talent for this round of ideas, and it was so much fun to be a part of! I’m especially thankful for this group of mechanics. They typically prefer to stay behind the scenes, but we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get them in front of the camera for this one. More to come, but it’s just another reminder that in every aspect of the business, Metro Elevator is always looking for ways to do things a little differently.Darrin Porch liked thisHollywood's been known to bend the truth for the sake of entertainment. The portrayal of elevators in film and television is no exception. So, naturally, we rounded up a few of our industry experts, sat them down with plenty of popcorn, and hit play on some of the most memorable elevator scenes in cinema. The result? Unfiltered reactions and expert takes that finally pit Hollywood fiction against elevator fact. We're kicking things off with with the greatest Christmas movie of all time. We’ll get together, have a few laughs... and hear what the experts have to say.
