Dan Lanneville shared thisOne of the goals from day one was to make a positive impact across the industry, not just on this single project. Creating a culture that focuses on a true respect for people takes focus, commitment, and hard work. But, most importantly, it takes a client that shares, supports and, frankly, expects this focus. How I personally approach my work is forever changed by what this team has proven can be accomplished. Thank you team. Thank you P&G!Dan Lanneville shared thisWe’re proud to share that the Procter & Gamble Grooming Rhodonite Project IFOA Partners have been recognized with a 2025 P&G External Business Partner Excellence Award — a testament to what’s possible when empowered teams and committed partners come together to deliver outstanding results.🏆 At Skanska, Commit to Customers is one of our core values, and this recognition reflects the strength of our partnership, the dedication of our people, and the trust we build by consistently showing up as a reliable, solutions‑driven collaborator. We’re honored to stand alongside our fellow IFOA partners: 🔹 Procter & Gamble 🔹 BR+A Consulting Engineers 🔹 Sullivan & McLaughlin 🔹 TG Gallagher Congratulations to everyone involved — and thank you to P&G for the continued partnership as we deliver industry‑leading results. Dan Lanneville shared thisNearly half of the infrastructure at single healthcare facilities in the U.S. is over 50 years old, according to @American Society for Health Care Engineering’s 2024 Hospital Operations Survey. Facility upgrades are an inevitable, and crucial, cost to maintain high standards of care. Facility renovation is a more cost-effective solution to address aging infrastructure, and our data-informed approach to planning can help maximize the impact of available assets. Dan Lanneville shared thisRyan, great work!! The topic of the project and jobsite culture is so critical in the safety conversation, but also extends far beyond that. A culture that promotes taking care of each other and respecting everyone's individual contributions is how teams accomplish the nearly impossible every day. Thank you for shedding light on this.Dan Lanneville shared thisI'm excited (and a little nervous!) to share my first-ever article, where I explore a shift many of us in the safety world are experiencing — moving away from the traditional “safety cop” mindset and stepping into the role of a safety influencer. This piece is about more than just changing how we enforce rules — it’s about building trust, inspiring ownership, and creating a culture where safety is a shared value, not just a checklist. Whether you're in EHS, operations, or leadership, I hope this article sparks some thought and conversation about how we can all lead safety in a more human and impactful way. I’d love to hear your thoughts. #SafetyLeadership #EHS #CultureOfSafety #SafetyInfluencer #ProfessionalGrowth #LeadershipDevelopmentFrom Safety Cop to Safety Influencer: Redefining the Role of the Safety Professional in ConstructionFrom Safety Cop to Safety Influencer: Redefining the Role of the Safety Professional in ConstructionRyan Handren, CSP, CHST

Dan Lanneville shared thisAn amazing project in so many ways!Dan Lanneville shared thisOur team in Boston achieved a major milestone as it brings Simmons University's Living and Learning Center to life. The final steel beam was installed on the 19-story building—a key moment for a project that will shape the future of Simmons by unifying and modernizing the university’s Longwood Medical and Academic Area campus. Developed and built by Skanska, the building will feature a two-story dining hall, dynamic event spaces, and an athletic and wellness center that features an NCAA-compliant eight-lane swimming and diving pool, a fully equipped fitness center, spinning studio, rowing tank, and gymnasium. Dan Lanneville shared thisJust an awesome day! Thank you so much to the dozens of people (too many to name) who worked so hard to make this day great!!!Dan Lanneville shared thisThank you to Isobel Dagon, Nicole J. Edmonds, M.B.A., M.Ed., Carolyn Jamison, Alain Lemieux, Michael McGovern and many of my other Skanska colleagues for their hard work in planning for, entertaining and engaging the many curious minds that attended our Boston office #takeourchildrentoworkday! My favorite part was Seaport story time with Jim Craft! We hopefully inspired more than a few to dream of a future in #contech! The coding 🐭 was a huge hit. Its name is now "mousy".

Dan Lanneville shared thisWorking together with P&G Gillette and all of our design and construction partners over the past couple of years to get to the "construction starting line" has been not only a true pleasure, but has changed how we (and I, personally) approach our work and the impacts we make as people, as partners, as teammates and in the community. Thank you for this opportunity!Dan Lanneville shared thisYesterday marked an exciting milestone in the transformation of the Gillette Company. By breaking ground on our new world-class manufacturing facility in Andover, we are cementing our commitment to innovation and growth. We are investing in the future of our business and we’re investing in the future of Massachusetts and our community. For over a century, Massachusetts has been Gillette’s home and headquarters. Decade after decade, the teams behind the Gillette logo have been united by one common purpose – providing the hundreds of millions of men and women who put their trust in Gillette products with the best shave possible. This is the legacy we are so honored to continue today. This new facility will be equipped with world-leading manufacturing capabilities. It will be producing our most innovative product lines and future technologies. It will be more sustainable, more agile, and more efficient. It will create new jobs and career opportunities, it will create growth for our business, and it will contribute meaningfully to the local community. I want to acknowledge the incredible work of everyone involved in this project. To our City and State Officials, our construction and engineering partners, and the amazing team at P&G Gillette – thank you. Together, we are establishing a new era of Gillette manufacturing in Massachusetts and laying the foundations for the next century of growth for Gillette and our community. I also want to thank the many elected officials and industry leaders who helped celebrate this special day including Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll and State Senator Barry Finegold who shared powerful remarks during the ceremony. We were also grateful to be joined by State Representatives Frank Moran and Tram T. Nguyen, Andover Town Manager Andrew Flanagan, his team and the Andover Select Board, Executive Director of the Massachusetts Office of International Trade and Investment Jeevan Ramapriya, Associated Industries of Massachusetts CEO Brooke M. Thomson and COO Chris Kealey, as well as Massachusetts Business Roundtable President and CEO JD Chesloff.

Dan Lanneville liked thisDan Lanneville liked thisWe were proud once again to be part of #ClimateWeek in New York, which has been at the heart of global conversations on sustainable solutions every September since 2009. Here are a few moments that stood out: Group CEO Anders Danielsson joined 50 leaders at the United Nations Private Sector Forum, discussing the private sector’s role in sustainable and inclusive development. We were invited by Nasdaq for the opening bell ceremony, marking 60 years since Skanska first went public. We welcomed Sweden’s King Carl XVI Gustaf and Swedish Climate Minister Romina Pourmokhtari on a visit to the The New York Climate Exchange 's Campus project on Governors Island. We also highlighted our partnership with the Billion Oyster Project, including the upcoming Bush Terminal Park Reef – a living reef restoring marine ecosystems to Brooklyn’s waterfront. We were also honored to host our first ever Shaping Sustainable Places Exchange, a breakfast event with 110 customers, partners and colleagues. These and our many other engagements during the week demonstrate the importance of sharing ideas, and collaboration to help us accelerate and scale solutions that will shape a more sustainable built environment. Dan Lanneville liked thisDan Lanneville liked thisI’m excited to share my second LinkedIn article! Writing these pieces has been a great way to reflect on where our industry is heading and how we can keep pushing safety forward. This time, I focused on a topic that’s generating a lot of buzz: AI in safety. Not as a gimmick, but as a practical tool that can help us shrink the paperwork monster, spot hazards sooner, and turn data into foresight. AI won’t replace the safety professional—it frees us to focus on what matters most: protecting people and shaping culture. With the right guardrails, it’s simply another tool that helps us spend more time in the field, anticipate risks, and communicate clearly with our teams. Safety improves when we make it easier to do the right thing—and AI can help us get there.Harnessing AI to Strengthen Safety Culture and PerformanceHarnessing AI to Strengthen Safety Culture and PerformanceRyan Handren, CSP, CHST

I had the opportunity to attend the Professional Women in Construction Connecticut Chapter event last night and left with several themes worth amplifying. Thank you to Kaitlin McCarthy CEO of Ionic Development Company and Co-Founder of ARX, for sharing her path building two exceptional companies in development and construction safety. ARX designs PPE tailored for women’s bodies. Key takeaways: • This is not just a women’s issue. It is a “reimagine PPE” issue. • 92 percent of women do not like their PPE. • Minimum order quantity at ARX is one. • Properly fitting PPE is now an OSHA requirement. • “Industrial athletes” deserve to be safe, comfortable, and confident. • Ethical sourcing requires intentional decisions. • “Why not you.” Good ideas require execution. • Kaitlin is the only woman-owned developer in Boston. We also honored exceptional women in construction: Amy Albandoz of Pirie Associates • Spoke about growing up quickly and how it shaped her leadership. • Shared pride in her Puerto Rican culture and the responsibility of representation. • Reminded us that each of us represents a family and community. • Connected identity and engineering in a grounded, thoughtful way. Jodaliza Feliz of BL Companies • Rooted in hard work, humility, and giving back. • Often the only woman and only Latina on site, but never hindered by it. • “You belong here.” • Excellence in Mentoring is well deserved. Crystal Gelinas of KBE Building Corporation • Accepted Volunteer of the Year with humility. • Used her moment to reinforce why recognizing women’s achievements matters. Emily Federico, PSP of Ankura • Her children have never said, “I wish Mom could do more.” • Credited a strong support system. • Encouraged us to say yes, take chances, and step outside our comfort zones. Thank you to PWC-CT and Michelle Scarpone, CPA (the best CPA!!) for convening the room. These conversations move industries. #WomenInConstruction #PPE #WomenOwnedBusiness #Leadership #Mentorship #ARX #IonicDevelopment

Grateful to CBIZ for hosting the New England Construction Summit. Special thanks to Robert Mercado, Joseph Natarelli, and Michelle Scarpone, CPA for bringing together an exceptional group of speakers including: Eric Lopez- Arrowhead Leadership Consulting LLC Key takeaways: • The “Silver Tsunami” is real. • We are managing a four-generation workforce. • For Gen Z, peer influence often outweighs parents or bosses. • Traditional command and control leadership is losing effectiveness. • The U.S. Army’s shift to mission command offers a powerful model built on: • Clear mission, vision, values and intent • Trust and accountability • Empowerment at every level • Mission, vision, and values must be lived and reflected in performance reviews, not just posted. Session 2 Panel – Foundations for Growth in Construction Joseph Natarelli Outlined the major pressures facing construction today: • Labor shortages • Supply chain disruptions • ESOPs and private equity • Increasing risk pressure across projects Milton Quaresma, CPA- Travelers Shared a surety and risk perspective: • High backlogs and succession planning are critical concerns. • Tariffs and supply chain issues continue to impact bonding capacity. • Owners are pushing more risk downstream- not all of it is priceable. • One bad job can have an outsized impact. • While handshake deals are gone, relationships still matter. Katie Wilkinson- Turner Construction Company • Early subcontractor engagement and attention to long-lead items are now essential. • Preconstruction planning and project-level culture directly impact outcomes. • Leadership transparency builds trust and buy-in. • Prefab and modularization will be key as workforce availability tightens. Joshua Sylvester Consigli Construction Co., Inc. Highlighted competitiveness and culture: • The market is more competitive than ever. • Transparency helps teams move projects forward. • Consigli’s focus on internal mobility, recruiting, and training people into the culture stood out. Technology & AI • AI can create efficiency and insight, but doesn’t replace experience. • Technology must fit the organization and improve real processes — not create innovation FOMO. Anirban Basu- Senior Economic Advisor, CBIZ Anirban once again delivered one of the most engaging, insightful, and genuinely funny economic keynotes I’ve heard. Complex data became understandable, memorable, and actionable. Key takeaways: • The economy is resilient but fragile — if one leg of the stool fails, recession risk rises. • Inflation has cooled, but interest rates, housing affordability, and low mobility continue to constrain growth. • Consumer spending remains strong, driven largely by higher-income households. • Construction faces mixed signals: solid backlogs, but pressure from labor, materials, and financing. • The message wasn’t panic — it was prepare. Also loved meeting the team from Professional Women in Construction, New York

Suffolk's Gaming & Hospitality Center of Excellence is honored to serve as a construction partner on Campus for Hope, a transformational facility designed to address homelessness at its roots. This 20+ acre campus, which officially broke ground last week in Las Vegas, will provide comprehensive services like healthcare, mental health care, case management, workforce training, childcare and housing support. This facility will help lift individuals out of crisis while also contributing to Nevada’s economic growth and reinforcing the strength of the local workforce. With an estimated 8,000 unhoused individuals in Southern Nevada, Campus for Hope represents a powerful shift from short-term solutions to long-term impact. We are grateful for the opportunity to support this critical project alongside our partners, united by a shared commitment to dignity, accountability and compassion.

L+M’s Senior Director of Building Envelope Sara Tsiropinas, RA LEED AP and Assistant Project Manager Lisa White recently joined NYC Charter School for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industries’ (AECI) annual career day event to mentor the next generation of industry professionals. The South Bronx high school’s sophomore, junior, and senior students attended the event and spoke with Sara and Lisa as well as other participating organizations, including the nonprofit Building Skills New York, the New York City Department of Buildings, and the NYPD. During the event, Sara and Lisa advised the students about working in the construction, engineering and architecture sectors, exposing them to various kinds of roles they can pursue in their careers. They explained to students why they chose their careers, good courses they should focus on while in high school, challenges that they had to face in the industry, college degrees they obtained, the importance of networking, and understanding what qualifications employers are looking for. L+M has hosted construction site tours with AECI students at the Ray Harlem and Bronx Point projects previously, and more site visits and mentorship opportunities are anticipated in the future. #BeyondHousing #Construction #Architecture #Community #Engineering #NextGeneration #HighSchoolCareerFair #AECI #LMDevelopmentPartners
