Craig Wellons shared thisSpent time this week with SourceAmerica leaders and peers at the West NCSE CEO & Senior Leadership Forum. The takeaway: the bar is going up—on execution, compliance, and modernization. That’s good. The warfighter deserves it. And our workforce deserves leaders who don’t accept “good enough.”Craig Wellons shared thisOur CEO is always out building meaningful connections and this week was no exception. Craig Wellons MBA, CMA, CSCA attended the 2026 West NCSE CEO & Senior Leadership Forum in San Diego, CA, joining leaders from across the country through the National Council of SourceAmerica Employers. The forum brings together executives from SourceAmerica–affiliated organizations to share best practices, explore innovation, and strengthen the future of mission-driven manufacturing and employment. These conversations go beyond networking. They focus on leadership development, workforce growth, compliance, innovation, and how organizations like ReadyOne can continue to better support the warfighter while creating meaningful employment opportunities in our community. We love seeing our CEO learning, growing, and representing ReadyOne on a national stage; bringing ideas back home that help move our mission forward, one stitch at a time!

Craig Wellons shared thisWhen companies grow, there’s a real test of leadership: continuing to innovate without losing the core of who you are. My wife and daughters have been loyal Lululemon customers for years, which drew me to this article. When they care about something, I pay attention. The situation there is a reminder of how growth can challenge the original strengths that made an organization trusted in the first place. At ReadyOne, we’re experiencing substantial growth. Our top line in 2025 will be double what it was three short years ago. With that acceleration, discipline matters. We must stay grounded in the principles, craftsmanship, and mission that built our reputation with our workforce and with the agencies and partners who depend on us. Losing the core doesn’t simply risk revenue — it risks identity. For me, leaders need to ignore the noise of growth for growth’s sake, and stay focused on building the right team, maintaining the customer’s trust, and continuing to look for what is directly in front. https://lnkd.in/gZP3YSnhLululemon Is Having an Identity Crisis. Craig Wellons shared thisThere’s a quiet strength in running a disciplined operation. It doesn’t trend on social media and it won’t get you a round of applause, but it’s what keeps a defense manufacturer honest. The bottom line is simple: when teams focus on the small things — waste, flow, quality, ownership — the big things start taking care of themselves. You see it in throughput. You see it in trust. And you feel it on the floor. In our world, where every stitch on a protective garment matters for the Warfighter, discipline isn’t optional. It’s the job. Operational excellence isn’t a slogan. It’s daily work. It’s leaders showing up with focus. It’s teams resolving problems instead of stepping over them. Those small daily wins stack up. They make us better, they make us reliable, and they make us worthy of the mission we serve. We just need to keep getting better — one day, one decision, one stitch at a time.

Craig Wellons shared thisWe welcomed the City of El Paso’s Economic & International Development team to ReadyOne last week. They spent time on our floor, met our people, and saw the mission up close. The City has been a steady partner. Just a few weeks ago, we hosted the Mayor, and this follow-up visit from the Economic & International Development team shows a continued commitment to working together as we grow jobs, strengthen manufacturing, and modernize our operations. When City leaders see the work firsthand, it deepens the relationship and keeps us aligned on where El Paso is heading. Our team demonstrated the discipline, flow, and pride that drive us every day. Thank you to Jessica Cordova and the EID team for taking the time with us. We value the partnership and look forward to building on it as we expand opportunity for the people of El Paso. Craig Wellons liked thisCraig Wellons liked thisHeard in the hallway on Capitol Hill yesterday: "Disability employment is really about providing accommodations." I don't see it that way. Accommodations matter, but they are only one piece of the equation. Long-term success is also about creating opportunities for employees to develop new skills, advance in their careers, contribute to meaningful work, and be part of a workplace culture where they are valued and respected. Employment is not just about getting a job. It's about retention, growth, belonging, and the opportunity to reach one's full potential. Throughout my career, I've seen talented individuals thrive when employers focus not only on removing barriers but also on creating pathways for success. At PCSI - Professional Contract Services, Inc., that belief is reflected in our mission and in the people we are proud to support every day. #PCSI #DisabilityEmployment #WorkforceDevelopment #Leadership

Craig Wellons liked thisCraig Wellons liked thisFrom Human Technologies to Capitol Hill. 🇺🇸 Nearly a year ago, Congressman John Mannion visited Human Technologies to learn more about our mission, meet our people and see firsthand the impact of the U.S. AbilityOne Commission Program. Last week, that relationship came full circle in Washington, D.C. During SourceAmerica 2026 Grassroots Advocacy Conference, members of the HT team had the honor of presenting Congressman Mannion with his #AbilityOne Congressional Champion recognition, honoring his support for the AbilityOne Program and employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Making the moment even more meaningful, HT’s Adam Barnes was there representing our organization as a self-advocate, bringing his voice and experience directly to Capitol Hill. This is what advocacy can look like: relationships that begin in our community, voices that travel all the way to Washington and a shared commitment to creating greater employment opportunities for people of all abilities. We’re proud of Adam. We’re proud to represent Human Technologies. And we’re grateful to have been part of this full-circle moment. Read the full story: https://bit.ly/3VasSLi

Craig Wellons liked thisCraig Wellons liked thisA new chapter for soccer in Atlanta starts today. AMB Sports and Entertainment is proud to introduce Atlanta City FC, Atlanta’s new National Women’s Soccer League club, beginning play in 2028. Inspired by the soul of Atlanta, the club’s name, crest and colors were created to reflect the resilience, culture, ambition and sense of community that define our city. At the heart of the crest is the Phoenix, a symbol of Atlanta’s enduring ability to rise and reinvent itself, surrounded by the Dogwood blossom and grounded by roots representing the people, neighborhoods and traditions that have shaped this city. Even the colors tell Atlanta’s story, from Atlanta Red and Georgia Peach to Platinum Metallic and Black Char. This identity was shaped with input from Atlanta soccer supporters, Founding Members, AMBSE associates and community leaders because from the beginning, the goal has been to build a club that truly belongs to Atlanta. For Arthur Blank and our entire organization, Atlanta City FC represents another significant investment in the growth of soccer and women’s sports in our city and region. We are building a world class club with an expectation of excellence on the field and a commitment to making a meaningful impact throughout our community. The journey to 2028 has officially begun. Welcome to Atlanta City FC. ❤️🍑⚽ 🐦🔥 #AtlantaCityFC #NWSL #Atlanta #WomensSports #Soccer https://www.atlcty.com/
