Chris Locke reacted on thisChris Locke reacted on thisI’m excited to join TQA as Chief Executive Officer. The agentic AI market opportunity is enormous - and noisy. I believe with all of the market hype, the thing that will make an agentic AI services firm successful is not buzz around the tech, but rather the ability to fundamentally understand exactly how intelligent technology lands in our clients' businesses and makes them more productive. And I believe TQA is uniquely positioned to do this: we’ve been applying technology to solve business problems for years. Since I’ve joined, I’ve been impressed: TQA is a company built on deep client relationships, industry-leading technical expertise, and a founding team with exceptional values — and we’re turning that into business momentum and growth. Going forward, my focus is simple: 1) grow our team and bring both industry and technology perspectives to our clients; 2) help our clients make their businesses more productive through their agentic AI and automation programs; and 3) build a true agent-enabled workforce. Looking forward to getting to work with our team, our clients, and our partners at UiPath, ServiceNow, and Microsoft. Many thanks to our investors Delta-v Capital and tquila, to Tom Abbott for his support and counsel as I've joined, and to the whole TQA team, for the incredibly warm welcome. Chris Locke reacted on thisChris Locke reacted on thisI am pleased to announce my second—and final—retirement from full time work. Following the conclusion of my career at KPMG, I had the privilege of joining Mike Rocco, the 3Cloud leadership team (Chris Locke, Karen Crone, Jim Dietrich, Matt Morse, Jeromey Farmer, Kevin Griffin), and our partners at GRYPHON Investors (Gabe Stephenson, Gary DiOrio, Greg Douglass, Clint Kadolph, David Andrews). Our mandate was clear: build on 3Cloud’s strong reputation as a leading Microsoft Azure services firm by expanding deal size, strengthening our client base, focusing on industries, improving profitability, and advancing the use of AI across both internal operations and client delivery. We exceeded on each of these objectives. In January 2026, Cognizant acquired 3Cloud and has outlined ambitious plans for the business as a strategic growth engine. Mike and his team are well positioned to lead the organization into its next phase of success. I am proud of what we accomplished together and grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such an exceptional team. Brian Camping, Barry Luther, Tina Saiz, Jeffrey Thompson, Vance Lowe, Mark Daugherty, Russ Voypick, 📊CJ Knapp While no longer seeking full-time employment, I will be on the lookout for board opportunities and chances to advise where it makes sense. I hope to connect with many of you soon. DB

Chris Locke liked thisChris Locke liked thisWell, it’s official, we must be doing something right. 😏 Apparently, when great people decide to join a great team, it can make others… a little emotional and scared. It's also likely because we are growing and helping our clients grow with us. Let’s just say I recently received some communication confirming that our culture, vision, and momentum are being noticed. Loudly. I’ve always believed that people don’t leave companies rather they leave environments that no longer challenge or inspire them. Or in my humble opinion, cultures that are poisonous and self-imploding. At 3Cloud, we are building a place where curiosity wins, innovation is celebrated, and good humans get to do their best work. If that sounds like the kind of place you’d thrive in… well, you probably should reach out to our awesome HR team. They’re always happy to chat.
