Alex Reed reacted on thisAlex Reed reacted on thisWell some chapters are hard to close, even when you’re excited about what comes next. Friday was my final day with Eastridge, and I’m leaving incredibly grateful for these last three years. 🩵 One of the things that impressed me most about Eastridge was how it truly takes care of its clients, talent and internal team. I was given the opportunity to take what I had learned and help build strategy, processes, and a growth engine around it. We talked a lot about gearing ratios, results, growth, and the numbers that matter in a business. But one thing we never lost sight of was that the most important thing was the integrity of our actions and commitments externally and internally. That lesson will stay with me. I learned what it means to be vulnerable as a leader. 🤍 To be authentically me. 🌈 To believe in something enough to think 10x 🚀 , even when it felt uncomfortable or impossible (especially on a spreadsheet 😂). I grew in ways professionally that I never could have anticipated. I made some crazy, bold decisions, including leaning deeply into areas like marketing and sales enablement that pushed me well outside of what had traditionally been my lane. And those experiences changed the way I think about growth, teamwork, and what’s possible. Most importantly, I had the privilege of working alongside some incredibly talented colleagues and, even more importantly, some really great humans that I will never lose touch with. To everyone at Eastridge who took me in, challenged me, trusted me, supported me, and gave me the space to grow: thank you. I’m genuinely grateful for the role you played in my journey. Seth Stein thank you for taking a chance on me and Rodrigo J. Alcaine thank you for leadership and support over these years. I’m walking into my next opportunity with more experience, more perspective, and a much clearer understanding of the leader I want to be. A better, braver, and more authentic one. 🫶

The main focus was developing a success triangle, which involved communication between teachers, students, and parents.
