View Apply Connect integration status in Recruiter

Who can use this feature?

We’re gradually making this feature available, and you might not have access to it at this time.

You can view an integration state badge for up to four companies with active LinkedIn job postings. 

If you are posting to more than four company Pages on LinkedIn, please contact support in the top right corner of this page to get assistance. 

To view your Apply Connect integration state in Recruiter:

  1. Move your cursor over your profile on your Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.

  2. Select Integrations > Manage integrations on the left rail.

  3. Navigate to the Apply Connect section.

You will see a status badge for each company that has posted current jobs on LinkedIn and the integration state for up to 4 companies.

Apply Connect integration states

Use the table below to understand what each integration state means and the actions you can take to address them.

Integration state State description What you can do
Apply Connect is activated Real-time job posting and Easy Apply are supported for all roles. No action required.
Apply Connect is not connected Your ATS supports Apply Connect, but it is not yet connected to LinkedIn. Select Activate or Get started to enable Apply Connect
Apply Connect is not available Your ATS does not support Apply Connect. Select Request integration.
Easy Apply isn’t available for all jobs Job source migration is not complete. Some jobs still need to be matched. Select Review to take steps to enable Easy Apply for all jobs.
Activation is in progress Activation is underway. Apply Connect will be fully enabled once setup finishes (typically within 24 hours). No action required unless prompted.
