This feature is available for Job Slots users posting a job through the manual flow or posting an ATS job set up for ingestion (wrapped jobs).
How AI-Assisted Applicant Targeting works
AI‑Assisted Applicant Targeting enhances targeting by using AI to deeply understand your job description and focus on the required qualifications you define, such as skills, function, and experience, rather than relying on standardized fields or manual mapping.
Before your job is posted:

Generate criteria: After you complete your job description (manually or in your ATS), our advanced LLMs will read your job description and automatically generate editable targeting criteria based on your must-have or required qualifications.

Review and edit: For manual jobs, you can adjust and customize the targeting criteria on Step 3 when posting your job.
After your job is posted:

Optimize & Update: While the job is open and promoted, you can update and refine your targeting criteria in the Job List view or Job Details page.
