Connect your Gupy ATS to Recruiter

You can connect the Gupy Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) so you can access real-time candidate data without switching platforms. Access the steps below to activate Recruiter System Connect.

Activate Recruiter System Connect in Gupy 

You can connect your Gupy with LinkedIn Recruiter via the LinkedIn onboarding widget so you can access real-time candidate data without switching platforms.

You’ll need to do the following actions, in sequence, to activate RSC in Gupy. If you have more than one contract, you'll need to repeat the steps for each contract.

  • Step 1: Activate RSC in Gupy

  • Step 3: Enabling RSC features
  • Step 4: Sync historical data

Before you begin

Review the following requirements so you can activate the integration in your ATS. Reach out to your internal IT team for help if needed.

  • Make sure you’re an admin in LinkedIn Recruiter and your ATS. You must have a Hiring Project Creator license with admin permission in Recruiter. See Available license and permission types in Recruiter for more information about permissions.
  • Remember your Recruiter dashboard name and contract ID. To find your dashboard name and ID, move your cursor over the profile photo on your Recruiter homepage.
  • Use a supported internet browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.
  • Use an incognito or private browser window.
  • Disable any settings that block third-party cookies or cross-site tracking. Reach out to your internal IT team if you need help disabling cookies/tracking.

Important to know

You need to disable third-party (www.linkedin.com) cookie blocking or content blocking for any widgets to render in your browser, regardless of the browser you use.

Here's a tip

If you have more than one contract, you need to repeat the following steps for each contract.

Step 1: Activate RSC in Gupy

To activate RSC in Gupy, first request the Gupy Support team to make RSC setting available on your platform by opening a ticket via the email suporte-ta@gupy.com.br.

With RSC setting available, follow these required steps to enable the integration: 

  1. Make sure you are signed into LinkedIn Recruiter. Then, in Gupy, click at your initials on the upper right corner, click over Set up > Integrations > LinkedIn.
  2. Click Connect page via RSC.

Step 2: Set up RSC integrations in Gupy

Once you have configured the integration using the steps outlined above, you can activate integrations in one instance, across all packages, within the LinkedIn onboarding widget (image shown below).

Follow the steps below to enable RSC integrations in Gupy.

To set up RSC integrations in Gupy:

  1. In the onboarding widget, click the Choose integrations button.
  2. Click the checkbox next to Recruiter System Connect to enable Recruiter System Connect.
  3. Click Save changes. If the connection is taking too long, click Notify ATS to refresh the connection.

RSC is now activated in Gupy.

Step 3: Enabling RSC features

  1. Log into LinkedIn Recruiter, move your cursor over the profile photo on your Recruiter homepage and go to Product settings > Integrations > Manage integrations.
  2. Find Gupy and click Edit.
  3. Select the Activate In-ATS Indicator and In-ATS profile widget for all contracts in your company checkbox.
  4. Select 1-click export and InMail stub profile.

Here's a tip

If an integration package or feature is disabled, it's likely your ATS is currently not offering it, or you don’t have permission to adjust this package. Check with your ATS to ensure all features are enabled or to request an integration.

Step 4: Sync historical data

  1. Back in Gupy, select the Career page you would like to sync by choosing it from the drop down menu, Select an option.
  2. Click the Sync button. Once the Sync status is In progress, the process can take a few hours, or up to a few days depending on the size of your talent pool. You will be notified in the notifications section of the ATS once it is finished.

Important to know

The default access level for the Recruiter System Connect integration is set at the contract level.
