You can stop sharing allow or block lists from your or your partners’ ad accounts when that ad account should no longer be able to use it. Once a list is no longer shared with an ad account, any active ads in the account that uses the list will no longer be restricted to specific publishers.
To stop sharing an allow or block list with all ad accounts:

Sign in to Business Manager.

Click Publisher lists in the left menu.

Click the
Cancel icon to the right of the list you want to stop sharing, and then click the Stop sharing button to confirm the change.
To stop sharing an allow or block list with individual ad accounts:

Sign in to Business Manager.

Click Publisher lists in the left menu.

Click the list you want to stop sharing.

Select the checkbox next to the ad account you’d like to stop sharing the list with, and then click the Stop sharing button in the upper-right corner.

In the dialog that appears, click the Stop sharing button to confirm the change.
