Last updated: 3 days ago

You can forward a message to your 1st-degree connections in a conversation, share it via email, or other mobile apps directly from LinkedIn Messaging.

Notes:
  • Messages forwarded within LinkedIn include the original sender’s name and content preview.

  • You can forward images and attachments within a conversation as well.
  • A forwarded message can’t be forwarded again.
  • You can’t forward a message to a conversation started in LinkedIn Groups.
  • Messages forwarded via email are sent from your primary email account and will not be delivered by LinkedIn. You’ll need to adjust your default settings to select the email account you prefer.

    • You can also click on the messaging conversation window at the lower-right corner of your LinkedIn homepage.
  2. Open the conversation with the message you’d like to forward.

  3. Move your cursor over the message and click the More icon next to the message.
