You can attach files to the messages you send on LinkedIn.
Depending on the recipient’s notification settings, they may receive an email that includes the attached files.

To attach a file to your messages:
Important to know

Click the
Messaging icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.- You can also click on the messaging conversation window at the lower-right corner of your LinkedIn homepage.

Click the
Compose icon. -
Type the name(s) of your recipient(s) in the Type a name field and click on their name.

Click the Attach icon.
Here's a tip
You can also drag and drop the file into the message box. -
Select the file you want to attach.

Click Send.
To attach a file to your messages:

Compose icon. -
Type the name(s) of your recipient(s) in the To field and tap on their name.

Tap the Attach icon.

Tap Send a document.

Select the file you want to attach.
