Can’t sign in to LinkedIn Recruiter app or mobile website

Important: At LinkedIn, we want to provide a simple and useful experience for everyone. From time to time, we take a closer look at how our members are using our products and upgrade accordingly. Based on this and our monitoring of mobile usage by our members, going forward we’ll only be supporting iOS 13.0 and Android Marshmallow(6.0 / API level 23) and newer versions. We request members using the LinkedIn Recruiter app to upgrade to these supported versions for an enhanced experience.

If you can't sign into your LinkedIn Recruiter app or mobile website:

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
  2. Once you're connected to the internet, open the LinkedIn Recruiter app. Enter the same email address you enter on the desktop version of www.linkedin.com.

  3. Allow visibility to make sure you're entering the correct password.
    • On Android or iOS, tap Show in the password box.
    • On mobile web (www.linkedin.com), tap Show in the password box.
If you still can't sign in after trying the above steps:
  1. Reset your password by tapping Forgot your password? at the bottom of the app's sign in page. You can also use the Password Reset feature.
If you’re accessing linkedin.com on your mobile web/browser, please follow the below steps:
Your iPhone's Safari browser settings must be set with JavaScript turned on, private browsing turned off and cookies must be enabled/allowed and not blocked.
  1. From the iPhone's home screen, navigate to Settings.

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.

  3. Scroll down and turn off Block All Cookies.
  4. Scroll down and tap Advanced, then turn JavaScript on by switching the toggle to the right.

  5. Open Safari, then tap the Tabs icon on the lower right.

  6. If private browsing is enabled, the Safari address bar will be dark and you'll see the word Private.

  7. Tap Private, then tap Start Page and Done to turn off private browsing.

Note: If you're using the LinkedIn Recruiter app and still can't sign in, uninstall then reinstall the app and try again.
