“Invisible threads are the strongest ties.” This week, Scottsdale happened to be hosting a financial services industry gathering with several well‑known names. Even though I wasn’t attending, I had the chance to meet up with Carlos V., Rusty Planert, CPA, and Justin Haviar, who were in town representing Wipfli and discussing key industry topics. It was a simple moment, but a meaningful reminder when you work with teammates across the country, connection doesn’t require a big agenda, just show up when the opportunity presents itself and have "real conversations" (Rusty Planert, CPA ���)! Don’t stop at a calendar invite or a Teams chat. Whether we’re remote, traveling, or passing through the same city for different reasons, we still find ways to stay connected and those small touchpoints compound into trust, alignment, and momentum.
