You can now set permission modes in v0. v0 can ask for permission before each command, decide when permission is needed, or run any command without permission. Auto Mode is on by default. It's the best fit for most users. Ask Mode lets you confirm every command for greater control over the agent. Full Permissions Mode lets v0 run any command without user confirmation. Only advanced users working with non-sensitive data should use this mode.

v0 can now run terminal commands, which means it can: • Spin up a browser session to test interactions • Look through your commit history to understand past changes • Write and run unit tests • Use CLIs to interact with platforms like Vercel and GitHub
