Project Update: Outpost Mammoth Mall – Mammoth Lakes, CA We're heading into the home stretch on the renovation of the Outpost Mammoth Mall! Our team is hard at work finishing the extensive upgrades to this 11,000 sf, two-story mixed-use facility. Enhancements include completely refreshed exterior façades, new exterior walls and windows, a brand-new roof, updated tenant shell spaces, modernized common restrooms, and newly installed elevators and stairs. We've also added inviting outdoor spaces—a new upper-level patio on the east side and a spacious lower-level common patio on the north side—perfectly timed for summer enjoyment. We're excited to announce the completion of a significant Electric Vehicle Charging project at Amazon's DSF7 facility in Milpitas, California. Uprite Construction successfully installed 95 Level 2 chargers and 2 Level 3 chargers, providing essential infrastructure to support Amazon's expanding fleet of electric delivery vans. The project required an additional 2,000 amps of power, underscoring our ability to deliver complex electrical solutions. Our ongoing partnership with Hines on the Edenvale Industrial Park exemplifies this principle in action. 📍 Building 1 (550 Piercy Rd) – 257,149 sq. ft. Fully enclosed and moving into final trades, with paving underway. Includes 46 dock doors, 211 auto stalls, and 80 trailer stalls at 36’ clear height. 🏗️ Building 2 (550 Piercy Rd) – 172,872 sq. ft. Tilt-up panels are complete, steel is going vertical, and the roof structure is taking shape. Features 38 dock doors and 136 auto stalls. 🔨 Building 3 (650 Piercy Rd) – 210,024 sq. ft. Tilt panels are in place, and the team is pushing forward with slab and vertical steel. Includes 34 dock doors, 154 auto stalls, and 66 trailer stalls. Together, these three buildings total over 640,000 square feet of new Class A industrial space. From preconstruction through execution, Uprite, Hines, and HPA Architects have worked in close partnership—staying aligned on design intent, schedule, and critical milestones. This kind of collaboration keeps the project moving forward and ensures that every decision is backed by trust and accountability. Another Major Milestone Reached in Tustin! Uprite Construction is excited to celebrate the topping out of the 6-story Advantech North American Headquarters at the South Orange County Community College District ATEP campus. Huge thanks to our structural steel trade partner, Schuff Steel, for getting us to this point. That final beam going in marks real progress—and a whole lot of teamwork. To celebrate, our CFO Justin Satterfield threw on an apron and, with the help of a few brave sous chefs, grilled up over 130 pounds of meat for street tacos. We had over 200 people on site for the lunch—our Uprite field and office teams, our design and engineering partners, Advantech, and the entire jobsite crew. Great food, great people, and a great reason to celebrate. We’re grateful to our client partner Advantech for their continued trust, and to all the teams helping bring this project to life. It’s been a week since NAIOP’s ICON West Conference in Los Angeles, and we’re still reflecting on what a great event it was.
