  • We ran our open-source Bigset and a $250M Series C competitor on the same query. Some data came back hallucinated. Guess which product made them up. (Hint: it wasn't the open-source one) We were recording some side-by-side comparisons of Bigset vs a competitor. We started checking the competitor's output row by row. Some of them were completely hallucinated. In a dataset product. That people pay enterprise pricing for. Bigset's output for the same query was real. Every row grounded. Every data point traceable to a real source on the live web. This is why we're building Bigset in public, as open source. You shouldn't have to trust a black box with your data. The receipts speak for themselves 👇 ⭐️ the Bigset repo: https://lnkd.in/gHwxvxPZ Grab your API Key: https://lnkd.in/gCNYjyPm

  • 🚨 Don't panic... but also, panic a little if you want the discount. The bad news: Our May Promo is ending. Starter and Pro plans are going back to their normal prices ($15 and $150/mo) in just a few days. But Search & Fetch are free on every plan, and that is NOT changing. Secure your May discount before time runs out! → https://lnkd.in/gCNYjyPm

  • We run social listening for TinyFish every single morning. No dashboard. No $500/mo tool. Just an AI agent and our free Search and Fetch. Here's the setup: → Our Search endpoint finds mentions across X, Reddit, HN, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other forums → Our Fetch endpoint pulls the actual content → The agent date-gates, classifies sentiment, and writes a report Our growth team gets a Telegram ping at 9am with everything people said about us. Linked sources. Sentiment breakdown. Competitor mentions. On Mondays, it runs for competitors too. We open-sourced the entire workflow as a skill for Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, or any agent that you use. Set it up for yourself in 3 simple steps: 1. npm install -g @tiny-fish/cli 2. Authenticate with your API key: https://lnkd.in/gCNYjyPm 3. Send the skill to your agent: https://lnkd.in/gb72NtW3 or npx skills add github .com/tinyfish-io/tinyfish-cookbook --skill tinyfish-social-listening That's it. Your agent becomes a social listening machine. Search and Fetch are free. Will always be.

A year ago, we made a bet. The bottleneck in modern software engineering had shifted from writing code to verifying it. AI coding agents now ship code in minutes. But the tools that verify that code haven't caught up. So teams ship — and then ship hotfixes. Customers hit bugs you didn't know existed. Trust erodes. Churn climbs. The cost of a broken release isn't the bug, it's the customer who quietly leaves. Today, we're shipping the release we built to close that gap: TestSprite 3.0. What's different: → Instead of reading your code and guessing what to test, we send a fleet of AI agents into your live app to explore it in parallel — clicking through every flow like real users — before a single test is written. → The tests come from what the agents actually found, not what your code claims it does. → Coverage and accuracy both jumped significantly across the board. → Backend integration tests now handle multi-dependency flows that used to require manual scripting. → Frontend tests auto-heal when your UI drifts. → A new editable feature map turns your PRD into the ground truth that drives everything downstream. → CLI for Claude Code and OpenAI Codex users — coming soon, right inside the terminal where you already live. This is the release we've been waiting a year to put in front of you. Just a few weeks ago, Yunhao Jiao and Zeshi Du flew down from Seattle to spend some time with our team in the FishTank (our HQ). What started as a technical evaluation has quickly turned into one of the most exciting partnerships for our community. TestSprite is shipping its v3.0 today. They're now serving their 100K+ customer base on the same enterprise-grade web infrastructure powering mission-critical workflows at DoorDash, ClassPass, and The Zebra, among others. That kind of jump in capability, reliability and scale takes more judgment than guts. Yunhao and Duke walked me through why they switched from open source browser-use tools to TinyFish, what they're building next, and where they see AI and agentic testing automation is actively becoming one of the hottest areas post-vibe-coding and coding agents. Full conversation below. Congrats again to the entire TestSprite team. This is a big one. Time to test it out! 🤠 https://lnkd.in/gds2W67g

  • Our web agent doesn't have your login credentials in its context window. But it still logs in. The entire industry agreed on a broken pattern: stuff the password into the prompt. Logs? It's in there. Traces? In there. Context window an attacker can hijack? Yep. So we split the job. Our agent handles the where. Our Vault handles the what. The secret is injected at the browser level, outside the model's context. Your web agent can finally be trusted with the login screen. Connect 1Password or Bitwarden. If your agent touches a login screen, you need to read this 👇

  • Stop opening your browser just to search the web. You can now query the entire live internet from your desktop using TinyFish free Search + Raycast. No tabs. No Google tracking. Just instant, clean markdown results right in your launcher. Here is how it works: → TinyFish fetches fresh, un-cached data in miliseconds. → A simple local bash script calls the TinyFish Search API. → Raycast converts that script into a native desktop UI command. Set this up in your Raycast within 2 minutes: 1. Install the TinyFish CLI (npm install -g @tiny-fish/cli) 2. Grab your TinyFish API Key: https://lnkd.in/gCNYjyPm 3. Add the script to Raycast Script Commands: https://lnkd.in/gXGHjQDY 4. Run chmod +x tinyfish-search .sh to make it executable 5. Hit your hotkey and search away. Bring the live web into your local developer workflow. 🚀

Just started evaluating TinyFish via #n8n… it’s incredibly easy to get an API key, install the TinyFish node, and spin up your first workflow. That said, I might be doing something wrong, but in the example below (Web Research Agent), it took 6 minutes and 26 seconds to answer a very simple question: “What do people think about DuckDB?” 👉 Performance is… pretty rough. For comparison, Perplexity returns an answer in just 2 seconds. This might not be the best use case to showcase #TinyFish’s capabilities, or there could be an underlying infrastructure issue ?
