The web is free for humans. It should be free for agents too. Starting today, TinyFish Web Search and Fetch are now free. For every dev and AI agent. Everywhere. No credit card. Generous rate limits. Grab your API key from https://lnkd.in/gR4GQrFx Why free? Humans search the web and read pages for free every day. Agents shouldn't have to pay a toll to do the same thing. Native web search and fetch are foundational capabilities — so we're making them free. What you get: → Search returns structured JSON built for agent retrieval → Fetch renders any URL in a real browser (JS, SPAs, anti-bot — all of it), strips the noise, and returns clean markdown. → Both run on our own custom Chromium fleet. We own the stack end to end. That's how we keep it free and fast. Available wherever you are: Claude Code · OpenClaw · Hermes Agent · Cursor · Codex · any agent framework Whatever you use: API · MCP · SDKs · CLI · Skills Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gaE87Ebs And a Happy Star Wars Day! May the web be with you.

TinyFish CEO Sudheesh Nair, formerly of ThoughtSpot, is building web infrastructure exclusively for AI agents, arguing that 92% of the web sits behind logins agents can't reach. Google is already a client, using Tinyfish to pull real-time hotel inventory from small properties lacking APIs. The Palo Alto startup raised $47 million led by Mango Capital with about 50 employees, and Nair predicts a trillion AI agents will soon dwarf the web's 3–4 billion human users. Spotify’s CEO said their best engineers haven’t written a single line of code since December. Anthropic says Cowork was built almost entirely by AI in 10 days. I lead an AI company TinyFish. Every engineer on our team uses AI daily. Our productivity is up at least 5x. AI is the most important technology shift I’ve seen in 15 years of building enterprise companies. And I’m telling you: a lot of what you’re hearing right now is kabuki theater. There are really three explanations for claims like these. One, the headlines don’t match what was actually said. A CEO on an earnings call says something nuanced. The press writes “engineers don’t code anymore” because that gets clicks. The real story is buried under the sensationalism. Two, the people making these claims have a shared incentive to make you believe the revolution already happened. The VCs, the foundation model companies, the AI startups (yes, including mine). We all benefit when you believe every dollar should flow toward AI. We know it. We just don’t say it out loud. Three, some of it is just not true. AI makes extraordinary things possible. It also makes mistakes so basic they’d embarrass an intern. We are nowhere near full contextual reasoning across platforms, security architectures, observability systems, or enterprise-grade reliability. An experienced engineer with AI is a force multiplier. “We didn’t write any code” is a different claim entirely, and it’s a silly one. I meet founders and operators every week, including yesterday in Seattle AI summit with Pablo Casilimas and Homer Wang who are going back to their teams and saying: “Why isn’t everything done by AI yet? Why are we still writing code? What’s wrong with us?” Entrepreneurship is already hard enough without making people feel inadequate because of theater performed for self-serving reasons. AI doesn’t need overselling. The truth is already magic. You just have to tell it straight.

We got early access to OpenAI's new model GPT-5.4. At TinyFish, we run web agents on some of the hardest real-world tasks out there.  Multi-step workflows, dynamic pages, live websites with no APIs. As per our internal evals on these real-world end-to-end web tasks, GPT-5.4 is OpenAI's best model we've tested so far. What stood out: → Sticks with multi-step tasks longer, retries instead of giving up early → Better long-context handling across messy, real-world web pages → Faster than previous models → Tighter instruction adherence when working with structured prompts For web agents operating on live sites like booking flows, e-commerce, form-heavy workflows, these are the improvements that actually move the needle. See what that looks like in practice 👇 Try it for free now: https://is.gd/u9jcyx

Japan is going all-in on agentic AI infrastructure 🚀 Today at Geodesic Capital Developer Lab, our CEO Sudheesh Nair joined Yuto Saeki and Digital Garage, Inc. to present to 100+ developers from Japan's top enterprises and startups. Digital Garage processes trillions of yen in payments annually and is exploring TinyFish as the agentic layer for marketing, payments, and consumer intelligence. The energy in the room was electric — especially sharing the stage with Cartesia, Vercel, Harness, and Roboflow. Five companies, one theme: agentic AI and the future of work. 👉 See what TinyFish can do: https://www.tinyfish.ai/ Thank you Geodesic Capital for bringing this community together.
