    Sharing real-world lessons from scaling mobile systems. Cecilia Geraldo Quijada from our Chile office took the stage at an international React conference in Italy to talk about a challenge many teams face: scaling a React Native application across more than 15 teams without losing clarity, ownership or product quality. Selected through an open call for papers, her session explored large-scale modularization as a practical, evolving approach grounded in strong technical foundations and intentional decision-making. Beyond the technical content, this marked an important milestone. It was her first time speaking in Europe, after presenting earlier in North America and as a speaker at XConf 2025 in Brazil. A journey driven by curiosity, learning and a commitment to sharing knowledge and building community across borders.
