TD is scaling AI across marketing with our predictive foundation model, 𝗧𝗗 𝗔𝗜 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 Developed in-house by our 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝟲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺, building on multiple years of research, TD AI Prism is designed to predict client needs at scale, improve personalization and deepen client relationships. I recently spoke to Strategy Magazine about how TD is enabling 𝗔𝗜 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 to deliver personalized experiences with speed and impact.

We just reported another strong quarter, capping off a year of tremendous change and significant progress. Over the last 12 months, we've built on our strengths, accelerated our momentum, and put TD on a new course. This has been made possible because of our more than 100,000 colleagues. I want to thank all of them for the way they take care of our more than 28 million clients, the communities we serve, and each other. As we look to 2026, I'm inspired by the opportunities to deepen relationships, be a simpler and faster bank, and drive disciplined execution. There is so much to be excited about. Today marks the end of an incredible chapter as I say goodbye to TD after three transformative years filled with growth, collaboration, and some of the most meaningful work of my career. It's bittersweet to leave what truly feels like the best workplace culture I've ever experienced. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to contribute to projects that touched millions of customers and colleagues across Canada and the U.S. From shaping design strategy and delivery for authentication, to redesigning onboarding for personal banking, small business banking, and international students, to reimagining the future of onboarding and branch experiences that support colleagues and customers new to Canada. Along the way, I've had the privilege of filing patents and speaking at industry events representing TD, experiences that will stay with me forever. But beyond the projects and achievements, it's the people and culture that made TD truly special. The collaborative spirit, genuine support for one another, and shared commitment to making banking better for everyone. THIS is what I'll carry forward. To my Enterprise Onboarding Design Team, you are absolutely extraordinary. Thank you for the beautiful farewell celebration, heartfelt messages, and thoughtful gifts that meant the world to me. Your passion for human-centered design has been a constant inspiration, and working alongside each of you has been a privilege. The creativity, collaboration, and genuine care you bring to everything we do is unmatched. A special shoutout to the TECE Black Experience Committee, it's been an honour co-creating important conversations and initiatives that continue to elevate the Black experience at TD. The work we've done will continue to ripple forward, and I'm proud to have been part of it. To my TD Naija people, thank you for the incredible spotlight during my final week.
