We were thrilled to sponsor and attend the Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day event last Saturday at The Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology (GSMST). It was an incredible opportunity to connect with young students, share hands-on exhibits, and spark curiosity about engineering through fun and interactive activities. Thank you to Gwinnett and ACEC Georgia for putting together such an inspiring event and for the opportunity to help encourage the next generation of engineers. #StratusTeam #BetterPlansBetterPlaces

Every great project starts with a clear line. During National Surveyors Week, we’re celebrating the surveyors at #StratusTeam who map the way forward. Their precision, expertise, and dedication transform landscapes into data, ideas into plans, and plans into projects that shape our communities. Surveying is the foundation. Before design begins and before construction starts, surveyors provide the critical information that ensures projects are accurate, safe, and built to last. Thank you to our surveyors for the essential role you play in helping create #BetterPlansBetterPlaces !

We were proud to be part of the ACEC Georgia Engineering Awards this past week and to see the Global Gateway Connector Bridge & Trail project recognized with an Honor Award alongside the City of College Park Georgia and our partners, STV. The 200-foot bridge and trail connection is transforming one of Atlanta’s busiest corridors with a safe, ADA-accessible connection over Camp Creek Parkway. Linking downtown College Park, MARTA, the Georgia International Convention Center, the ATL SkyTrain, and the city’s growing trail network, this gateway is both critical infrastructure and a bold new community landmark. We are thankful for the opportunity to help build a safer, stronger, and more connected College Park. Special thanks to Mayor Bianca Motley Broom for her support of this impactful project, and to our outstanding project team: STV, ECS, Pentagon 540, VHB, and Womack and Associates. And a big congratulations to Bill Womack, our electrical engineer for the bridge project, on also receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award that evening. #StratusTeam #BetterPlansBetterPlaces
