Asana just acquired StackAI and I am thrilled about this move. Customers have been running their most important work inside Asana for years: humans and AI agents working together on shared plans with shared context, memory, and governance. StackAI extends it so the workflows our customers run inside Asana can now reach across every other system their business depends on. Onboarding, IT service requests, compliance, and more. This is the cross-system orchestration capability that defines how modern enterprises actually operate and now we can deliver it end-to-end. Big welcome to the StackAI team 👋 Read more about it here: https://lnkd.in/g-gsauQz

We’re off to a strong start to FY27 at Asana, with continued momentum across the business and our AI products exceeding expectations. In Q1, we exceeded the high end of our guided metrics, delivered the strongest non-GAAP operating margin in company history, and improved net revenue retention for the fourth consecutive quarter. Along with earnings, we announced the acquisition of StackAI, bringing on a deeply technical team and a business with proven commercial traction. StackAI builds on the momentum we are seeing with AI Studio and AI Teammates and extends Asana’s ability to enable AI agents to execute workflows across the systems businesses depend on. Inside Asana, it brings that execution into the same context, permissions, and memory as the work itself. Welcome to Asana Tony Rosinol, Bernard Aceituno and the StackAI team! Proud of what the team delivered this quarter and excited about where we’re headed. Thank you to our customers, employees, and partners for a strong start to the year.

Asana acquires StackAI, bringing cross-system execution into human–agent enterprise workflows.   Dan Rogers, CEO of Asana, is steering the shift from planning to execution, integrating StackAI’s no-code AI workflow platform to enable agents that operate across systems like Salesforce, Oracle, and AWS. StackAI co-founders Tony Rosinol and Bernard Aceituno both MIT PhDs join Asana, adding the orchestration layer for end-to-end enterprise automation. AI is no longer just assisting work, it's starting to run it. But are enterprises ready for execution at this scale?   Read the full news on IT Tech News https://lnkd.in/dK4nEe9f #Asana #StackAI #DanRogers #TonyRosinol #BernardAceituno #EnterpriseAI #AgenticAI #AIWorkflow #FutureOfWork #Automation

Today is one of those days that reminds me why I love working at Asana. Customers have been running their most important work inside Asana for years — humans and AI agents working together on shared workflows, with shared context, memory, and governance. Today, we're taking that further with the acquisition of StackAI — a team that's built something exceptional. With StackAI joining us, the workflows our customers run inside Asana can now extend across every other system their business depends on. Onboarding, IT service requests, compliance — the cross-system, cross-team work that defines how modern enterprises operate, end-to-end. Big welcome to the StackAI team 👋🏽 So glad to have you with us!!

Beat Ventures portfolio company StackAI was acquired by Asana!  Huge congrats to Tony Rosinol, Bernard Aceituno, and the entire StackAI team. We're proud to have backed them from the start, and we're excited for what's ahead. Colin Rogister

I’m thrilled to share that StackAI is joining forces with Asana. From the moment we met Dan Rogers, Asana’s CEO, Arnab Bose, Asana’s CPO, and the rest of the team, it was clear they deeply understood what makes StackAI different: how we build, who we serve, and why it matters. When we started StackAI in early 2023, we believed LLMs would fundamentally redefine how work gets done. Today, with the rise of AI agents, that future is arriving faster than anyone expected; and we believe we’re uniquely positioned to help shape it. Over the past few years, companies across a wide range of industries have adopted StackAI to build reliable AI workflows for critical business operations. That momentum exists because of an extraordinary team that has obsessed over every detail of the product experience: from workflow reliability and orchestration to scalability, governance, and usability. At the same time, Asana has spent nearly two decades building one of the most trusted platforms for work management, used by 85% of the Fortune 100 and loved by millions of users worldwide. What makes this partnership especially exciting is our shared belief that the future of work will be built around seamless collaboration between humans and AI agents. Together, we have an opportunity to build something entirely new: a true operating system for human-agent execution across teams, tools, and data. I’ll continue leading the StackAI team alongside my co-founder Bernard and our incredible team, reporting directly to Arnab Bose. Arnab brings a rare combination of ambition, humility, and product leadership, and I couldn’t imagine a better partner for this next chapter. Importantly, StackAI remains StackAI: same team, same product, same brand, same commitment to customers. What changes is our ability to move faster, scale further, and bring more powerful AI capabilities to organizations around the world as part of Asana. This is not just about making individuals more productive. It’s about enabling entire organizations to operate differently: with humans and AI agents working side by side through governed, reliable workflows. To our customers: thank you for trusting us early. We plan to keep shipping faster than ever. To our team: this moment belongs to you. Your craftsmanship, intensity, resilience, and ambition made all of this possible. Now we get to build at an entirely different scale. Excited for what’s ahead, let’s keep cooking!

An absolutely epic moment for Asana. So excited to welcome the StackAI team into the fold! Big things ahead.

I'm proud to share that today, alongside our Q1 FY27 earnings, Asana is acquiring StackAI. At Asana, we believe the great productivity unlock from AI comes when humans and agents work together in your business-critical workflows. And as we all know, the most complex workflows do not stay inside a single system. They span CRMs, contracts, ERPs, collaboration tools, and every platform where work actually lives. And that is why today we are announcing the acquisition of StackAI. StackAI lets companies build AI agents that can read and act across the systems where work really runs — ERPs, CRMs, ITSM, contracts, and pretty much anywhere else a business operates. They've earned the trust of some of the most demanding enterprises out there, in industries where security and governance aren't optional. Bringing StackAI into Asana means our customers can now execute their most complex, cross-functional workflows end-to-end, with humans and AI agents working together to get things done. To the whole StackAI team…we're so excited to welcome you to Asana. This is going to be fun. Link to more here.  https://lnkd.in/g-gsauQz
