Not a super serious use case, but one with surprising time savings: I’ve been using Browser Use on StackAI  whenever I need to quickly fill out and submit a form.  Here’s how it works:  1/ Pre-loaded my workflow with a knowledge base of all the information it would ever need about StackAI - our manifesto, use cases, company information, etc.  2/ Added “Browser Navigation” as a tool to my Anthropic LLM node  3/ Deployed with a chat interface  Now, whenever I give it a task, it spins up its own browser and autonomously fills out the form, just like I would 🤝 Saw someone say last week that “AI agents can barely fill out web forms consistently…”  We beg to differ ;)  Try it today for free on StackAI and let me know what you think.

We just launched computer use so you can build AI assistants that actually do work.  I’ve nicknamed it SecureClaw ;) In 2026, every enterprise team wants an AI assistant that works just like they do.  But for regulated industries, the vision comes with a critical limitation. How do you get that capability without sacrificing security, governance, and control? The answer is StackAI. ✅ Just like open-source AI assistants, AI employees on StackAI can:  🌐 Navigate browsers + fill out forms, extract data from websites, read and write files, across every enterprise platform you already work with, even those with legacy interfaces. ☑️ Unlike open-source AI assistants, StackAI was built for regulated industries and enterprises that have no margin for error.  🔐 Eight layers of governance ensure that every workflow is secure, every tool and connection is controlled, and CIOs have peace of mind as they scale AI across the enterprise.  Read my guide to building your own SecureClaw here in the comments.

  • We just helped automate the entire work order process for a property manager overseeing thousands of units. From hours per request to just MINUTES. Here's how it works: A tenant sends an email: "My HVAC stopped working last night 😠"  Then an agentic workflow reads the email and:  1. Pulls the structured details: tenant, unit, issue type, and urgency. 2. Queries the vendor directory and finds the right vendor for an HVAC job. 3. Send a request for approval via Slack with: work order, vendor match, and urgency. A team member has to approve: ✅or ❌(human-in-the-loop step) 4. Sends an email to the vendor with the full work order details, emails the tenant confirming that someone is on the way, and updates the Airtable The result: nearly $400,000 USD saved annually in administrative labor, faster response times for urgent situations, and zero work orders lost in the inbox. PINCH ME 🤏 Yesterday, Gogotechy had a stand next to companies like Google, Amazon, Lovable, Oracle, StackAI, Elevatorfy, Nomu Labs 🚀 Kenomic Aurelia and my incredible friends at Startup Grind Madrid Borja Vega 🩷 A huge thank you to Sofia Wiedemann Gonçalves & TechIE Club for inviting us and for what you do every single day at IE University. Bringing students closer to what actually matters in tech: real companies, real skills, real conversations. Always at the frontier of what´s next is something I never take for granted. Proud to be part of this community. What we took away from yesterday: → AI is everywhere. But the candidates who will win are the ones who know how to talk about it, not just use it. → Students are hungry, curious, and ready. They just need someone to show them how the game works. → We asked Google, Lovable and StackAI what they actually look for in candidates. The answers were gold. (Follow us if you want to know more). → We played an interview game at our stand. People laughed. People froze. People thought. That's the whole point. Thanks again to everyone for putting talent with opportunity in the same room. That's exactly what Gogotechy exists for. 🧡 #TechIEDay #Gogotechy #IEUniversity #TechCareers #Hiring #Talent #Recruitment #EdTech #GetHired #StartupLife

In StackAI’s latest update, the attention is allocated to the parts that make AI usable in production: 💡control, visibility, and speed. That includes: 👉Dark Mode across the full application, 👉Prompt to Flow from the homepage, 👉A new right-hand Canvas framework, a redesigned chat assistant with dedicated citation handling, and Delegated Permissions so workflows can pause and authenticate the end user when needed. 💡For teams building in production, observability is everything. We added: 👉Per-node execution and run modes, 👉Workflow analytics and logs for replay and analysis, 👉Per-LLM token analytics broken down by provider, model, and input/output usage. This gives operators a much clearer view of behavior, cost, and failure points across a workflow. 💡We also expanded enterprise knowledge and integration coverage with federated search across SharePoint and OneDrive. ➕New integrations and actions across OpenAI, Azure, Egnyte, DocRaptor, Salesforce, PostgreSQL, Google, Outlook, Zoho Desk, Excel, and Slack. 💡On the quality-of-life side, we shipped: 👉 Workflow reconnects on node deletion, 👉Smarter node search, 👉A redesigned connection dialog, trace IDs in error banners, and configurable HTTP timeouts. 📝Read the full updates: https://lnkd.in/ebFHqC_U #EnterpriseAI #AIGovernance #AIInfrastructure #ProductionAI #AppliedAI #StackAI #AIStrategy

  • 22,000 followers. 🎉 We founded StackAI with a clear purpose: To make AI work in practice, not just in theory. For the teams actually building with it, in production, every day. To everyone who has followed along, tested the product, shared feedback, or supported us along the way: thank you. This community is a meaningful part of why we do what we do 🚀
