KnowBe4 is using a decade of behavioral data to build security agents for the digital workforce 🤖 Join #theCUBE Research’s Scott Hebner at #KB4CON, as he hears from Matthew Duren, VP of AI and Data at KnowBe4, about how they’re leveraging behavioral data from more than 100 million users and over a decade of AI development to build efficient agentic security systems for enterprises. “On the human side, we do have a nice moat of data from a long tenure training the human side of things. Since we do have the experience with AI going back more than 10 years, it has helped us to build agents that are solving real world problems, helping on the human side of things. Our focus this year is how we can get into and cover the entire digital workforce? As agents come in, we want to make sure that security teams understand what agents are there, what they're doing, what they have access to, how humans are interacting with those agents and then ultimately, how they impact their business and their workforce,” Duren explains. “The underlying infrastructure is quite a mix. We have a basic goal within engineering to use the right model for the right job. Sometimes it is Claude models. I think they are great. I mean, I do think they're an obvious leader in this space and we obviously have access to all of their models, but that doesn't mean we're always using Opus 4.7 for everything,” he adds. 💡 Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/gbNzTChp #AI #DigitalWorkforce #SecurityAgents #EnterpriseAI

DigiCert is bringing resilience and governance to fragmented DNS environments 🌐 Join #theCUBE’s John Furrier at #DigiCertTrustSummit, as he hears from Deepika Chauhan, Chief Product Officer of DigiCert, about how DigiCert’s UltraDNS and DNS posture management solutions help enterprises manage multi-cloud complexity, improve DNS resilience and maintain security and compliance visibility across decentralized infrastructures. “DigiCert has been active in the DNS industry for nearly 25 years through our UltraDNS acquisition. When it comes to DNS, you need 100% uptime. It's handling almost 30% of internet traffic and it can scale up to 9 trillion queries daily. Resilience and availability are critical. Our UltraDNS2 gives you two fully redundant networks. Recently, we have introduced advanced multi-CDN management capabilities for resilience, so you can modify your traffic steering policy and remove the vendor that's having an outage from rotation in seconds,” Chauhan explains. “Many of you are using multiple clouds. That means multiple DNS and CDN. There's increasing decentralization of DNS operations. All this is creating a challenge for our customers. DigiCert's DNS posture management solution solves this. It's continuously evaluating the security, availability and exposure of DNS. It integrates with all the different DNS. It's giving you a comprehensive view of what's happening in your DNS infrastructure. It allows you to have security and compliance governance,” she adds. 💡 Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/gbKEFU4A #DNS #CDNManagement #Resilience #EnterpriseAI

Veeam Software Data Cloud Vault is turning immutable backup recovery into a built-in security strategy 🛡️ During #theCUBE’s coverage from #VeeamOn, our host David Vellante sits down with Rick Vanover, VP Product Strategy at Veeam, & Kristie Bunn-Kingston, Systems & Storage Architect at WellSpan Health, to discuss how Veeam Data Cloud Vault combines encrypted and immutable backup storage with predictable cloud economics to strengthen ransomware recovery readiness. “Veeam Data Cloud Vault has an interesting history. It is backup storage as a service and it is hosted in Azure and we're adding AWS regions on offer, worldwide. We require that the backup data in Veeam Data Cloud Vault be encrypted and immutable. The interesting part of that is when our regular customers keep backup data in an immutable target like the cloud, as long as they have their encryption password, we don't have a case on record of someone unable to recover data in a ransomware event,” Vanover shares. “Those were two driving factors of why both of those are required for the Vault implementation. The thought here is keeping good data safe from bad things. We've also gone down the path of providing predictable pricing or including egress with the Veeam Data Cloud Vault offerings, which if you think about where we're going with all these AI initiatives, the analytics is going to be a big deal with the egress included. That's kind of not by the book history and future of Veeam Data Cloud Vault,” he adds. 💡 Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/gVM8n8PD #VeeamDataCloudVault #Ransomware #BackupRecovery #EnterpriseAI

AI sovereignty is quickly becoming the next battleground for enterprise control and resilience 🌍 In this #IBMThink 2026 exclusive, #theCUBE’s David Vellante speaks with Sripriya Srinivasan, GM IBM Software Products (Core & ALM) at IBM, about how digital sovereignty has evolved into a broader enterprise concern spanning operational control, open technology stacks, AI governance and long-term business resilience. “It started off as data sovereignty. Where is the data? Data location, data in rest, use and motion. But it very quickly shifted from that to operational sovereignty. Who runs my platform? Where is my control playing? Where are the keys and secrets? That had shifted towards technology sovereignty. Is the technology really open? And from there, much more recently in the last couple of years, it's been all about AI sovereignty. It kind of has gone a complete circle of digital sovereignty that includes data operational technology and AI,” Srinivasan shares. “It comes down to two things: control and independence. It's not like enterprises are trying to replicate being a technology vendor. They're not trying to replicate being a chip and a hardware vendor. They want operational resiliency to make sure their business is operational at all times. Their business is highly resilient from any type of media disruption external factors can bring in, and that's why they want sovereignty. In the world of AI, it is even more important because things are at a much, much accelerated pace,” she adds. 💡 Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/d-6uyunH #DigitalSovereignty #OperationalSovereignty #AISovereignty

Red Hat and Microsoft are making hybrid cloud a unified platform — not just an integration ☁️ Join #theCUBE’s Rob Strechay and Rebecca M. Knight at #RHSummit, as they speak with Campbell Vertesi, CTO of Microsoft & Red Hat Partnership at Microsoft, about how the Red Hat–Microsoft partnership enables organizations to extend Red Hat platforms across Azure to access cloud, security and AI services within a more unified hybrid cloud experience. “That mix and match is the way we're seeing customers use these technologies. We go together to customers, whether as the technical advisors or account teams. When we talk to them, it's the same enterprise or company, but the Linux and Windows people are not talking to each other and they're running totally separate OP stacks. We're about to announce that we're focusing exactly on the hybrid space, on this idea of the open enterprise hybrid cloud,” Vertesi shares. “It's the concept that if you are already standardized in the Red Hat space and the Red Hat OP stack, you should be able to extend and take advantage of all of Azure and it should feel like a normal and native part of your Red Hat experience. And vice versa, if you're standardized on the Microsoft world, Red Hat should be a normal extension of that. It has been very exciting working with customers on a private preview about this,” he adds. 💡 Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/dwcxRjAv #HybridCloud #Azure #Cloud #AISecurity #EnterpriseAI

Riverbed Technology’s Data Store turns observability data into AI-ready intelligence 📊 Catch #theCUBE’s John Furrier in this insightful conversation with David Donatelli, CEO of Riverbed, as they discuss how Riverbed’s Data Store unifies real-time data from across the enterprise into a single open architecture for AI-driven observability and faster operational insights. “If you look across the bottom there, there we're showing applications, networks, servers, cloud, on premise, all the places Riverbed collects data. What we've done is learn how to collect data in real time, real data at scale. That's your foundation. The most important thing that we talk about is what's in the center there, the Riverbed Data Store. The data store can collect all that data into a centralized place. It's an open architecture, so it collects our data and data from all other third party apps out there,” Donatelli explains through a PPT slide. “Once you can aggregate and organize that data, it gets very easy to apply all the various AI algorithms to it to get to automation. People and enterprises have struggled with data and data organization since I've been in the business. Our unique technology is the data store that enables that to happen for the space we're in. Our space is observability and this is the premier way to collect data in the observability space,” he adds. 📺 Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/dexvqf3C #DataStore #DataManagement #AIObservability #Automation #AI

Climb Global Solutions is growing more than 40% year-over-year with @Freshworks 📈 At #Refresh2026, #theCUBE Research’s Bob Laliberte spoke with Kuntal Vahalia, SVP of Partner & Alliances at Freshworks, & Dale Foster, CEO of Climb Global Solutions, about how Freshworks’ focus on the underserved mid-enterprise market and strong partner economics created a compelling scale opportunity — with partners such as Climb already seeing rapid growth within the Freshworks ecosystem. “There are three things I would say that brought me to Freshworks. First is, the more I spoke to our CRO, CEO, and the board, there's a very clear strategy. We have a market fit with the mid-enterprise, which is 90% of the world's businesses. In some ways, the customers and the market are coming to us because there's such a wide space. Our competition all works in the high-end enterprise. So, we have a clear strategy. We are winning. We saw our earnings. We found a market fit. We continue to innovate on our product,” Vahalia shared. “The second aspect was just being a partner leader. The question I'll always ask is, A, is there enough money for our partners in this ecosystem? And the answer was yes. B, are there multiple ways to win for our partners? I always want to build an ecosystem which can win in multiple ways. I saw that here. We have a channel partner in Climb who has done exceedingly well growing upwards of 40% year-over-year with us. Third, I've done a lot of businesses where I've scaled. To me, this presented that scale opportunity. I felt excited to play a small part in that along with our partners,” he added. 💡 Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/dWe2MA6k #MidEnterprise #PartnerEcosystem #EnterpriseAI
