Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are at the heart of Shutterfly’s culture, creating spaces for learning, connection, and growth. Recently, our Women in Leadership ERG brought employees together—both in person and virtually—for a hands-on skill-building experience that blended professional development with a bit of fun! Through an interactive mocktail demonstration, participants not only mastered the art of crafting delicious drinks but also had the opportunity to network, collaborate, and strengthen connections across teams. Events like these remind us that growth isn’t just about what we learn—it’s about the relationships we build along the way. At Shutterfly, we’re proud to invest in our employees' growth and development. Eric Leifer and Mauricio Gutierrez recently completed Shutterfly’s 2-year Apprenticeship Program at our Fort Mill, SC facility. Through our partnership with a local technical college in Rock Hill, this program provided a unique opportunity for career growth, combining 40 credit hours of coursework with hands-on, on-the-job training. As a result, Eric and Mauricio have both been promoted to Machine Operator Specialists, earning valuable technical certifications and mastering skills such as: 🔧 Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues ⚙️ Performing adjustments and maintenance on mechanical systems 📄 Documenting maintenance and repair procedures 🔩 Replacing components as needed to ensure seamless operations Congratulations, Eric and Mauricio! 🎉 #Shutterfly #ApprenticeshipProgram #CareerGrowth 

During a week of watching helplessly from afar, it feels good knowing that we might be able to make a small difference to customers in the LA area as they start to rebuild their lives. 🧡

Our hearts are with our friends, colleagues, and customers who have been impacted by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires. In honor of their service from the frontlines, we are donating to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation to help fund equipment and tools for LAFD members battling the fires in their communities.   Stay safe LA.

Our CEO, Sally Pofcher, stopped by Bloomberg TV’s The Close this week to talk all things holiday, the rise in New Year's cards, how AI is making curation and creation easier, and settle the debate once and for all about whether we prefer to stay in the digital world or create tangible products from our favorite photos. (Spoiler, we like things we can hold!)   This holiday season, across our Shutterfly, Tiny Prints, and Snapfish brands, we’ll produce more than 200 million holiday cards, more than 2 million photo books, and 2 million metal ornaments! That’s enough cards for more than half the American population to receive one, and enough photo books to fill every public-school library shelf in New York and Texas. Each card and personalized gift helps our customers connect meaningfully with friends and family.
