"In a world of AI, where it's much easier to write lines of code, it's becoming an order of magnitude harder to provide customer value." As AI democratizes product development, Upwind Security CEO Amiram Shachar says it's crucial for companies to be closer than ever to their customers so they can differentiate from competitors. While his first 200 customer calls didn't lead to a sale, Amiram says they taught him how his customers were thinking about buying cloud security, and helped his team build a product that's defensible.
