💪 At Salary Finance, providing access to fair and affordable financial support to as many people as possible is at the core of our mission. 👊 Key to achieving this is meeting people where they are and ensuring the support they need is easy to find. 👌 Salary Finance loans are available on some of the most popular financial marketplaces including Experian and ClearScore. 🙌 This means employees with Salary Finance as an employee benefit can easily compare our loan offers with those from other providers, ensuring they always get the best deal. 💡 This is making a big difference - data from price comparison websites* shows that 58% of the time, Salary Finance is the lowest APR across all credit scores. 🙏 This percentage increases even more for people with lower credit scores, who are often the most underserved. For them, Salary Finance is the lowest APR 80% of the time, and in 47% of cases, Salary Finance is either their only offer or the best one by at least 20 percentage points. 🤝 We’re incredibly proud of these partnerships and the role they play in giving more people access to fair and affordable financial products. 📧 If you're looking to introduce an employee benefit that makes a real difference and won’t leave anyone behind, reach out to Sophie Duffen, Jack Gardiner or Tom Beaumont. *Data from Experian Marketplace (April-December 2024)

💬 “We’ve been on the phone now for over an hour. You’ve made mine and my wife’s Christmas. I’m so happy, man. Thank you very much, honestly. Now I can start looking forward and sort out a few bills. I’m so chuffed. Thank you so much.” Those were the emotional words of Ryan, a customer who, 12 days before Christmas, felt lost and overwhelmed while needing a helping hand with his application. 💪 This is when Alex stepped in. With empathy and patience, Alex walked him through every step - no shortcuts, no rushing. Just one human helping another. 🤍 After an hour on the phone, Ryan’s loan was approved on the spot, and the call went silent for a few long moments… Emotions built up, time stood still and Ryan’s relief was palpable - it was a big moment for both Ryan and Alex. It’s moments like this that reminds us why we do what we do. 💡 Over the last 10 years, we’ve invested in building a world-class Customer Service team to ensure our customers get the best support when they need it most. Because when it comes to money and stress, human connection is key. 🙏 Our approach is simple, while increasingly rare in a world dominated by automated chatbots: when our customers need help, they can easily speak to a real person who has the skills and expertise to support them when they’re most vulnerable. And the results speak for themselves: 👌 Since the start of 2025, 88% of the customers who spoke with our Customer Service team rated our service as ‘great’ via our feedback form. 🙌 And over 450 customers have gone out of their way to leave a positive comment about their experience. 👏 Our customers rate us 4.9*/5 on all Live Chat interactions, making us an industry leader in customer satisfaction. As a financial services provider with a strong social mission, we know that the right type of customer support makes the difference and can even change lives. We’re committed to leading the way in this space. To hear more about our customer service approach, check out our Trustpilot reviews (we have a 4.9*/5 score) 👇 https://lnkd.in/ew2PRaDz or get in touch with Sophie Duffen, Jack Gardiner or Tom Beaumont.

🤔 April is Stress Awareness Month, and when it comes to money, not being able to access the support you need when you need it most is stressful. In the UK, 1 in 4 people experience financial stress (Mental Health Foundation) and 20.3 million adults lack access to essential financial products (PwC). The Salary Finance products have been designed to ease colleagues’ financial stress by giving them access to the right type of support when they need it most. 🎯 With affordable loan repayments taken from colleagues’ pay, we’re able to accept more applications, even when people’s credit scores are not perfect. 💪 Emergencies happen, this is why our Advance feature lets people tap into their pay when life doesn’t go to plan. 🙌 Getting started with saving isn’t easy - with salary-linked contributions, our Save product helps your colleagues build the right habits seamlessly. 📧 Get in touch with Sophie Duffen, Jack Gardiner or Tom Beaumont or email getintouch@salaryfinance.com to find out how Salary Finance can help your people stress less about money.

🤔 The Spring Statement is here, and we know keeping up with all the latest updates and announcements can be tough. 🙌 At Salary Finance, we’re all about making money simple, and we want to help you and your people make sense of these changes and their impact. 🎯 We've summarised the Spring Statement as part of two simple guides - one for you as an employer, and one for your people. 💡 For employees, updates include cuts to welfare benefits, and Universal Credit and the National Minimum Wage going up. For employers, a rise in National Insurance contributions, a higher National Living Wage, and the Employment Rights Reforms kicking in this month are some of the main changes. 💷 What’s clear is that financial wellbeing and supporting your people with their money will be more important than ever in 2025 and beyond, and we’re here to guide you and employees alike. 👀 Want to see how these changes affect your business and your people? Today, we brought together an incredible panel of powerhouse women from Salary Finance, Blenheim Chalcot, and Sigma Connected Group to celebrate International Women’s Day, and what a conversation it was! The room was filled with inspiration, laughter, and powerful insights. These takeaways capture the spirit of our discussion: 💡 "Challenge your own bias." 💡 "Delay is not denial… when one door closes, turn around and you’ll see another." 💡 "Leadership isn’t about authority, it’s about uplifting others and guiding them through their journey." 💡 “Let go of the mum guilt” 💡 "If everyone is the same, they think the same, and you’re not going to get different outcomes." 💡 “It’s about empowering women to have a space in the room and a seat at the table, whilst encouraging them to stay true to themselves” A huge thank you to our brilliant panelists and host Sophie Crampton Smith, Katie Priest, Valentine Goldenberg, Samantha Karro, Ashita Gujral, Tracy B. for sharing their wisdom and stories. #IWD #Inclusion #Diversity #Leadership

💪 Our Client Success Team’s mission is to ensure our clients have everything they need to make an impact and support their people’s financial wellbeing throughout the year, and no two days are the same! 👀 To get an inside look into the CST team at SF, read on and get a glimpse into the day in the life of our very own Georgie Cakebread, Senior Client Success Manager. “I start my day early - no need for an alarm clock, I have a toddler whose favourite time of day is 5:30am. It’s Monday so I head into the office for 9am after nursery drop off, time for a quick coffee or chai latte if I’m feeling a bit spicy before the team meeting at 9:15am. Being in Client Success we need at least 10 minutes to chat about our weekends before we can even start to think about work. It just comes with the nature of being a relationship manager, we love to hear what each other gets up to! We spend the rest of the meeting discussing industry insights from client discussions, reviewing the latest quarterly business review slides and sharing any successes or learnings we’ve had from the previous week. Up next I have a review meeting with one of my clients. I’m fortunate enough to have a wonderful portfolio of clients, some of whom I’ve worked with for nearly 7 years. Every review meeting is entirely different from the next due to the variety of industries my clients are in (hospitality, retail, NHS, telecoms, construction, etc) and each organisation has its own challenges and focuses for the year, making each day different. The key to my job is to understand where Salary Finance can add real value, support their employees and make my rewards and HR contacts’ lives that bit easier. Next up, lunch, we’ve got quite a bit of choice around White City, especially as Westfield is so close, but today I’ve gone downstairs and had some lovely shepherds pie from the cafe and we’re eating with the team whilst we listen to our CEO’s latest podcast (very helpful for getting to know other SF’ers and staying close to the company’s OKR’s). The afternoon is filled with internal meetings and making most of the time in the office by having these face to face. I meet with Joe, Implementation Director, to discuss next steps for the onboarding of one of my clients launching Advance. I met with my colleague, Bianca, to discuss some employee communications opportunities we have with some of my NHS accounts. Finally I have my 1:1 with my manager Stef, where we check in on me first, run through my clients, who needs support, any challenges to overcome and what my goals are for the week. I grab some snacks from the kitchen on my way out (these are free and this is allowed) and head home for the evening.”
