As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we’re shining a light on the women whose stories move us, challenge us, and inspire us — through the Women of Renaissance ERG. This month, we sat down with Dr. Doris (Dora) Chávez-Linville, ABD, Senior Director of Linguistic & Culturally Diverse Innovation, whose journey embodies courage and purpose. Doris’s path — spanning teaching, edtech innovation, leadership, and completing her doctorate while navigating breast cancer — is a testament to what it means to stay grounded in who you are and the communities you serve. Her words stay with us: “Every child has brilliance. My purpose is to make sure they’re seen.” We are grateful for Doris’s leadership and her powerful reminder that representation matters — especially in the rooms where decisions are made.
