Tarlease Jones is an avid volunteer at Leap to Success, which helps women overcoming adversity transform their lives and communities. Robert Niblock and PCG's Phoenix team are avid volunteers at The Salvation Army Laura Danieli Activities Center, which provides year-round programs to support low-income communities in the greater Phoenix area. For Robert, the holiday meal shifts, which provide a full-service dining experience for seniors during the holiday season, have been particularly memorable and meaningful. The seniors they serve often have limited incomes with few loved ones nearby, and many are veterans who dedicated their lives to serving others. Richard Roberts II began his volunteer journey with the American Red Cross in 2020, during which blood supplies were threatened by the COVID-19 pandemic. Having witnessed the life-saving impact of blood donations in emergency medical situations, Richard decided to serve as a Blood Donor Ambassador, alleviating administrative burdens for medical staff so that they could focus on collecting donations more efficiently. Brenna Kiniry, Ph.D. and PCG’s Sacramento office have focused their volunteer activities on reducing food insecurity in Sacramento County, where over 448,000 people are living 200 percent below the Federal Poverty Level and more than 25 percent are at risk of food insecurity. Since 2019, the team has volunteered at the Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services, preparing and packing food for the homeless and hosting food drives. Brandy Dickman and PCG's Quality Assurance (QA) team in Ohio are avid volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. Located directly across from Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, the Ronald McDonald House provides families with a home-like place to stay as their child receives medical care. Over the years, the QA team has helped make lunch and welcome blankets for residents, fostering wellbeing for entire families.
