Join us TOMORROW at 12pm ET with partners from Prepared To Teach, EDHUBNY, and Michigan Educator Workforce Initiative for a discussion on the mechanics of building and scaling leadership pathways. Grounded in examples from the Pathways Alliance Principal Apprenticeship Technical Assistance Cohort, this webinar will focus on practical implementation strategies, including: ➡️ Examples from the early stages of program design, including the specific challenges teams face when getting started ➡️ How to use the National Guideline Standards (NGS) to build a program that meets federal and state requirements ➡️ Common sticking points where programs tend to lose momentum and how to get past them ➡️ How to use current policy and funding to grow a small pilot into a statewide program Whether you are a state leader, district administrator, or intermediary, this session is designed to give a clearer, more practical starting point for building high-quality, sustainable Principal Apprenticeship Programs. • Co-teaching is a powerful way to strengthen teaching and learning for everyone in the classroom. When educators—whether they are pre-service residents or teachers of record—can plan, problem-solve, and teach together, they can share the responsibilities of meeting student needs, supporting one another, and creating stronger learning environments. For teachers, co-teaching helps lighten the load, reduce isolation, and build confidence through collaboration. For students, it means more individualized support, stronger relationships, and access to multiple teaching styles and perspectives. When we invest in collaborative teaching models, we invest in schools where both educators and students can thrive! See more pre-service co-teaching resources in our recently-released toolkit:  https://lnkd.in/giBVx-28
