We're thrilled to share the completion of the Extra Space Storage facility in Yonkers, NY — a full adaptive reuse conversion of a two-story warehouse into an 89,000 SF, three-story, fully climate-controlled storage complex. The finished facility features 1,794 units (4′ x 5′ to 10′ x 35′), two elevators, three egress stairs, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, an expanded indoor drive-in loading area, and an on-site rental office. Projects of this scale and complexity don't happen without the right team. We're grateful for our long and valued relationship with Frank G. Proud to share the completed Cutchogue Fire District Headquarters — a project that represents the best of what community-focused construction looks like. This ground-up, 21,500 SF two-story fire station features six apparatus bays, EMS and support spaces, and a second floor housing offices, member areas, and a community gathering hall. From breaking ground in early 2024 through structural, masonry, and MEP milestones across 2025, the project came to completion in early 2026. It's an honor to build the facilities that house the men and women who protect our communities every day. Proud to announce the completion of a 146,000+ SF Extra Space Storage facility in Elmhurst, Queens — one of the areas most demanding and densely built environments. This six-story, steel-framed project delivers 2,296 climate-controlled units across four floors above grade and two below, with elevator access, rooftop solar panels, substantial parking and loading, and full site security and access control. Building at this scale in an urban setting requires precise coordination, experienced subcontractors, and a team that doesn't back down from complexity.
