We’re proud to share that our work at DC37’s headquarters, 125 Barclay Street, has been recognized with a 2025 IFMA NYC Award of Excellence in the Design & Construction of the Built Environment category (100,000–250,000 SF). This project was a full-scale transformation—repositioning a 10-story, 264,700 SF building into a modern, high-performing workplace designed to support DC37’s mission and its 240,000 members. From a complete façade replacement and new roof terraces to upgraded building systems and vertical transportation, every element was reimagined to enhance performance, resilience, and user experience. Executing this work required deep coordination across structural, architectural, and MEP systems, alongside complex demolition, abatement, and reconstruction efforts. The result is a more efficient, sustainable, and flexible environment that meets the demands of today while preparing for the future. We’re grateful to our partners and project team for their collaboration and commitment in bringing this vision to life. Congratulations to everyone involved on this well-earned recognition.
