“I try to lead with empathy, and I try to be conscientious… overall, I want people to feel respected, and I want them to feel valued.” Employment Chair Michael Arnold joined Elise Powers on the Corner Office podcast to talk about gratitude, leadership, and building a people-first culture. If you want a quick, thoughtful look at what authentic leadership looks like in practice, this episode is worth a watch. https://lnkd.in/e2p4WQQa
Michael Arnold ranks in the top 3 law firm partners I'd most want to work for. I have a feeling that you'll agree with me after you listen to his interview on the Corner Office with Elise Powers podcast. Mike shares how he's built his career by keeping #gratitude as a guiding principle. As a fellow #introvert, I also appreciated his perspective on balancing the need to be present with colleagues and clients while also finding time to recharge. Thanks to Mike and the entire Mintz team for your partnership.

Members of our Sustainable Energy and Infrastructure practice were on the ground at the Infocast Solar + Wind Finance & Investment Summit, joining the developers, investors, and financing leaders shaping the clean energy landscape. Adam Banack, Kristopher Kirkwood, Ayaz Shaikh, and Luis Frank Torres spent their time at the Summit exchanging ideas, sharing perspectives, and strengthening connections across the clean energy ecosystem. Conversations like these are what keep us — and our clients — ahead of what’s next in the market.
