What a week! Thrilled to share that Leo has won a Global Grand Effie in Digital for Kellanova for our "Aged by Audio" work for Cheez-It. After 55 Effie Worldwide competitions, only 12 winners were chosen from around the world as the "best of the best" in campaign effectiveness. When a Wisconsin 4-year-old's 911 call about his mother "stealing" his ice cream went viral, our team at Leo Chicago saw a perfect opportunity for our client, Tillamook County Creamery Association. Within hours of spotting the story, we partnered with Allison Worldwide to launch the Tillamook Meltdown Line - (833) MLT-DOWN - a dedicated hotline where ice cream theft victims can call to receive a FREE replacement tub of premium Tillamook ice cream. Our creative team turned this viral moment into a delightful campaign that addresses a universally relatable experience - the disappointment of opening the freezer to find your favorite dessert missing.
