After 36 incredible years, we're saying farewell to one of our most dedicated team members, Phyllis Choate, as she begins her well-deserved retirement. Over the years, Phyllis has been the definition of teamwork and excellence, truly embodying our “One Team” mindset. From starting as a receptionist in Searcy to her impactful role on the sales team, Phyllis' positive attitude, unwavering dedication, and love for the #LOFFamily have left an unforgettable mark on everyone she worked with. Her 36+ years with us are a true testament to the strong culture we value so deeply. Phyllis, we thank you for everything.
