It's been a busy March at OnePay! Here's a quick rundown of everything we've been up to the past couple of weeks: ✅ Officially rebranded from One to OnePay ✅ Launched our new website (check it out at https://www.onepay.com!) ✅ Introduced OnePay Rewards, our new rewards program that lets our customers earn Points on purchases at Walmart, gas stations, restaurants, and other top brands ✅ Announced a major partnership with Klarna to exclusively power installment loans at Walmart ✅ Introduced Payment Switching in the OnePay app (powered by Knot), making it effortless for customers to set their OnePay debit card as the default payment method across top merchants ✅ Spent time with OnePay customers at Walmart's Year Beginning Meeting (including two awesome customers who joined us on our employee all hands this week!) And there are still a couple days left before April ... 👀

From Seattle to Sacramento, the Bay Area down to San Diego, One team members have been coming together across the West Coast to collaborate, execute on our 2025 roadmap, and drive our mission of financial progress forward. With a significant amount of our team remote, these in-person sprints are invaluable. They strengthen our connections, reinforce our cultural values, and help us move fast together. Big thanks to everyone who joined—always inspiring to see the team in action!

It was an honor to host him for One Talks last week, where he shared powerful insights from his book on maximizing impact with limited time, sustaining high performance over the long run, and much more. Another busy week in the books at One! We came together on Tuesday for a special edition of One Talks with Doug McMillon, followed by our end-of-year One Live yesterday to reflect on the year behind us — and most importantly — look ahead to 2025. We then rounded out the day with a community service event in partnership with The Bowery Mission and our annual holiday party with the NYC team! #One #JoinOneApp

Had a great visit yesterday with Rezarta, Ilyas and the team at Store 3169 in Teterboro, NJ. As usual, the store looked good for our customers and ready for the Christmas holiday! It was also great to visit with Omer and the One team — we’re excited about our growth and the products the team is building to help millions of people save money and live better.

We said goodbye to summer by hitting the ballpark—One team members got together to cheer on their home teams in New York, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Salt Lake City! The outings were filled with great company, plenty of ballpark bites, and lots of home runs. It's been a busy week at One! Team members across the country tuned in for a special One Talks with Mastercard Chief Economist, Michelle Meyer, and the NYC team beat the heat with a midsummer eve happy hour. Always awesome seeing tons of friendly faces in-person and virtually!

This week, we got together in Palo Alto with Stanford Graduate School of Business's Hayagreeva Rao to talk about leadership, organizational friction, and his latest book co-authored with Bob Sutton, 'The Friction Project.' In a remote-first environment, it's always special to bring the One team together in person – we had dozens join us in Palo Alto and the rest of the team over Zoom.
