  • Have you seen our interview with MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving)? MADD's finance leadership explains how Sage Intacct and JMT Consulting help improve nonprofit financial reporting, grant compliance, and operational transparency. As one of the most recognized nonprofit organizations in the United States, MADD has helped save hundreds of thousands of lives. Since 1980, they have used advocacy, education, and lobbied for policy change to end impaired driving. They have also offer victim support services to those affected by the issue. Behind the advocacy and public programs is a finance team responsible for managing donations, grants, and program funding with complete transparency. For a national nonprofit with complex funding streams and strict compliance requirements, financial operations play a critical role in delivering on the mission. A huge thank you to our incredible sponsors: Cortavo, Raffa, P.C., and BILL for helping make the Innovate 2026 Virtual 5K & Fun Run such a meaningful part of this year's conference! This event was more than just an early morning walk or run through some of Washington, D.C.'s most iconic landmarks. It was a chance to come together in support of an amazing cause: Girls on the Run - DC Girls on the Run helps inspire young girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident through mentorship, movement, and community! We’re proud that Innovate attendees had the opportunity to support an organization making such a real impact in the lives of future leaders. Thank you again to our sponsors, attendees, and everyone who participated, donated, and showed up with energy and heart. Events like this are a reminder that this community is about more than technology and finance. It’s about people. 💚

It was so great to hear from Leadership Development Experts Wesley Dove, SHRM-CP, CHBC & Cindy Dove, CHBC, co-founders of Dove Development & Consulting! Not only did they bring practical insights and real-world tools for teams to use and implement, but they also brought quite a few laughs! Their session helped attendees create strong cultures within their organizations and learn to lead with confidence. What was your biggest takeaway from Wes and Cindy's presentation?

  • The feedback is in. And everyone agrees: the 1930s Old Hollywood murder mystery dinner was one of the most memorable parts of the conference! From the red carpet cocktail hour (sponsored by Compleat) to the incredible vintage-inspired outfits, it really felt like we stepped back in time. With the competitive case-solving and surprise guest actors from both clients and the JMT team, the energy in the room was unforgettable! Congratulations to the winning table, The Runaways, for cracking the case 🎉 Most of all, we're grateful to everyone who leaned into the fun and helped make "Best Laid Plans" such a fantastic night! We're taking notes for next year's conference! Comment below if there's anything you want to see or experience.
