Trust should be documented. Our Q1 2026 Transparency Report is now live in the IPVanish Trust Center. In Q1, we handled 16 requests from government, law enforcement, and civil entities. Because IPVanish operates with an independently verified no-logs policy, we had no user activity data to provide in response. Meet the pets of IPVanish. They may not join every meeting, but they are clearly taking privacy, security, and suspicious online activity very seriously. From browsing privately to securing the network, this might be the most adorable team we’ve featured yet. Happy National Pet Day from IPVanish.

Most users never think about what happens on the server side of a VPN. They should. RAM-only servers are now available in the IPVanish Windows app. Traditional server infrastructure can rely on hard-drive storage. RAM-only infrastructure uses volatile memory instead, helping reduce long-term data persistence and supporting a more privacy-focused environment. It’s not a flashy feature. It’s a meaningful infrastructure decision. Available now in the IPVanish Windows app. #CyberSecurity #Privacy #VPN #DataPrivacy #Infrastructure

Introducing Threat Protection Pro from IPVanish. Now available in the IPVanish apps for Windows and macOS, Threat Protection Pro helps protect against malicious downloads, malware, phishing, ads, and trackers in real time. Unlike traditional VPN-based protection, it works independently of the VPN connection, helping keep protection on even when the VPN is disconnected. Available now with IPVanish Advanced.

Behind every “it just works” moment is a person making it happen. This week, we’re sharing a few quick “Meet the Team” spotlights right here on LinkedIn. Why? Because behind every product are real people building, scaling, and supporting it every day. What do your teammates do that makes your workday easier? TechNadu just published an interview with Subbu S. (Chief Commercial Officer, IPVanish) on how VPNs are evolving in 2026 with a focus on more continuous Threat Protection, privacy-first infrastructure, and optional obfuscation/alternative routing as online risks and blocking pressure increase. A big theme here is the tradeoff conversation: how do you improve user safety (malicious pages, downloads, links) without turning privacy tools into enforcement mechanisms that require inspection or identity checks? Thanks to TechNadu and Rachita Jain for the interview. #CyberSecurity #Privacy #VPN #OnlineSafety
In our interview with Subbu S., Chief Commercial Officer at IPVanish VPN, we explored how the company is evolving its VPN strategy for 2026 amid growing censorship, malware, and AI-driven traffic analysis. ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/gevMpvsr IPVanish in 2026 Talks About Threat Protection, Privacy-First Infrastructure, and Staying Ahead of Online Risks “The main goal in 2026 is helping users stay safer during the parts of their online activity where most real-world dangers actually occur.” IPVanish is expanding Threat Protection beyond broad-domain blocking to page-level analysis and proactive malware and ransomware scanning. On infrastructure resilience: “No user activity or identifying information could be inferred if any of our VPN servers were compromised.” On protocol direction: “There are no major plans for new protocols in 2026. The focus remains on incremental improvements in performance, stability, and efficiency within the established standards of WireGuard®, OpenVPN, and similar protocols.” On operational safeguards: “Any system we deploy has to function without creating hidden logs or other persistent identifiers. If a control can’t be implemented without compromising user privacy or security, it simply doesn’t get deployed.” And regarding enforcement pressure: “VPNs are fundamentally designed to protect security and privacy, and turning them into enforcement mechanisms would require inspection or data collection that weakens those protections.” Read the full interview to understand how IPVanish is balancing proactive threat mitigation with strict no-logs architecture. What’s your take on combining deep threat inspection with privacy-first infrastructure? The most important security conversations don’t always happen at work. They happen around the dinner table. Would your family recognize an AI scam? Do they know what a passkey is? A smart perspective from Terry M., our Head of Product Management. #AI #Cybersecurity #Holidays
We’ve all agreed politics are a no go for Christmas dinner. Unfortunately, AI scams, insecure apps and devices that listen to everything you say didn’t get the memo. I wrote about the cybersecurity conversations worth having before 2026 — when “just spot the typo” no longer works and your home automation device doesn't rely on you to enter a schedule. Read it before Alexa brings it up first. https://lnkd.in/gQHmqT3C
