We’re excited to welcome Rosemary Antonopoulos as General Counsel. She brings with her deep operating and legal experience from years at Calpine, spanning complex generation projects, storage, and infrastructure at scale. Rose will lead Intersect’s legal team as we continue building gigawatt-scale infrastructure for the AI era.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jonathan Bain as Chief Operating Officer at Intersect. He brings decades of experience across multiple asset classes, and will lead our asset management and operations teams as we scale gigawatt-level infrastructure for the AI era. His appointment reflects the scale of the infrastructure we’re building and the operational excellence needed to achieve our mandate.

We’re proud to support Keep Haskell Beautiful and the City of Haskell with a $315,000 contribution to help fund major park improvements, including a new splash pad, playground, shaded gathering areas, and space for future community events. This partnership is all about creating shared spaces that can bring people together. These enhancements reflect priorities of the Haskell community and build on past park investments that residents are already enjoying. We’re honored to support Pampa Independent School District and its long-standing Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs with a $100,000 contribution to help strengthen hands-on learning and classroom resources at the new CTE Center. The facility was approved by voters and is now under construction, building on years of CTE excellence in the community.
