We are excited to announce the successful close of financing commitments to support the Darden solar + storage facility in #California's #CentralValley. Located on privately owned retired agricultural land, Darden is expected to generate up to 1.15 GWac / 1.6 GWp of solar power and will include 4.6 GWh of battery storage by 2028. This isn’t just another deal. This historic transaction—the first announced financing for IPX Power since our formation in March 2026—is a testament to the powerful role IPPs are playing in the #energytransition.
