I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to showcase Honeywell Aerospace Technologies’ Transportable Optical Ground Station alongside my esteemed colleagues Aradhana Choudhuri, PhD PEng, Chidiebere Onyedinma, Alexander Pickston and Vilfrido Lo Rizzo at the opening event of the Quantum Optics Discovery Lab within Adastral Park, where we also presented our product and technology to local media. The QOD lab epitomises the powerful collaboration between industry, academia, and government, creating unique infrastructure that positions the UK to lead in the emerging global market of space and terrestrial optical and quantum communications. Adastral Park remains a key center for UK telecoms and quantum networking, and we look forward to connecting the QOD Lab with other facilities and to global end-users (#QKDSat) to enhance capabilities, support skills development and spur economic growth. A big congratulations to the QOD Lab team and heartfelt thanks to the UK Space Agency for their steadfast support! Rebecca Evernden Antonia Y. As Honeywell Aerospace prepares to become an independent company, our focus on talent has never been clearer. The strength of any organization starts with its leaders. The right leaders set direction, build trust and create an environment where people perform at their best. I see this every day across our HR leadership team. We have strong leaders in place who are focused on what matters, such as attracting top talent across critical roles, developing future leaders at every level, strengthening accountability and performance, and building clear career paths. These priorities guide how we grow. They shape how we hire, how we develop and how we retain the best talent in the industry. I am proud of this team and the standard they set for our organization. Their work ensures that we are ready for what comes next. We remain focused on building a workforce that delivers every day. Our people will continue to define our performance, culture and future.
