Last week, our fourth cohort of Hightower Center for Leadership (HTCL) participants came together from across the country for a full day of presentations, panel discussions on talent management, and networking. Following the delivery of their strategic plan presentations to a panel of judges, which focused on the future of their case study businesses, our HTCL cohort joined the broader Hightower community at our annual Advisor Summit—where they explored a variety of practice management content from leaders across the organization. It was a valuable opportunity to take pause from the day to day and sharpen the skills that will fuel Hightower’s next chapter of growth.

Day two of our 2026 Advisor Summit delivered a full day of action for our advisors. We kicked off the morning with puppy yoga, heard from our Executive Team in a State of Hightower session, learned more about our exciting partnership with US Squash from Squash CEO Mollie Marcoux Samaan, and ended the day with an immersive keynote with Jimmy Chin and Richard Saperstein on the calculous of decision making and courage.
