  • We’ve partnered with Enexis, one of the Netherlands’ leading grid operators, in a long-term agreement to support the engagement and management of external talent. As the energy sector accelerates the transition to more sustainable infrastructure, the focus is increasingly on delivery and the ability to access specialist skills at scale. Through this partnership, we’ll support Enexis with end-to-end external workforce management, connecting them with the talent needed to build and maintain critical infrastructure. This reflects a broader shift we’re seeing across the energy sector globally, where organisations are rethinking how they access and deploy talent to keep pace with change. We’re proud to support Enexis and other organisations as they shape the future of sustainable energy by connecting them with the talent needed to deliver it. • Hiring across key tech specialisms in 2026? Salary alone won’t set you apart 💸 Our Global Tech Talent & Salary Report delivers insights across critical disciplines, from AI, Cloud and Data to Security, Product, Engineering and Technology Leadership. But the data reveals a key challenge for employers. Competitive pay may attract attention, but it’s no longer enough to secure top talent. Today’s technologists evaluate opportunities based on the full employment proposition. For digital leaders, HR teams and hiring managers, the real question is how your offer compares. Consider: 📊 Are your salaries aligned with market expectations across roles and skills? 🚀 Does your employee value proposition stand out from competitors? ⚠️ Where are you at risk of losing, or missing, critical talent? 🌟 What truly differentiates your organisation in a competitive market? In 2026, hiring success depends on presenting a compelling, well-rounded employee value proposition, not just the headline number. 👉 Explore the 2026 Global Tech Talent & Salary Report to benchmark your hiring strategy and attract the talent you need: https://lnkd.in/eXT2K2Wz

  • 💻 Hiring for Developer Experience (DevEx) requires more than finding strong engineers. As organisations look to improve delivery, retain talent, and modernise effectively, Developer Experience is becoming a strategic priority. But while many recognise its importance, far fewer know how to hire for it successfully. To explore what great DevEx looks like in practice and how organisations can build it, we spoke to Ethan S., Co-Founder and CEO of Community Stack. In our latest article, we explore: ✔️ What Developer Experience (DevEx) actually means ✔️ Why technical capability alone is not enough ✔️ The skills and roles that drive stronger engineering outcomes ✔️ How to assess DevEx candidates effectively ✔️ How organisations can attract and hire the talent behind better developer experiences We also touch on the role communities play in shaping modern engineering environments and the insight this provides into what developers value most. • What does tech leadership look like when innovation never slows down? 🤔 At Web Summit Vancouver 2026 from May 11th to 14th, our Tech Evangelist David Savage sat down with leaders including Eric Wittman, Nancy Wang, Avery Pennarun and Nicholas M. to discuss the rise of the “builder profile” in leadership. One thing came through clearly. Today’s leaders can’t afford to stay distant from the technology shaping their businesses. From AI experimentation to hands-on product building, leading from the front is becoming the new standard. The conversations also reflected findings from our recent Tech Talent & Salary Report 2026, which found that nearly half of technologists value leaders with a deep understanding of technology. • Which tech roles are seeing the biggest pay momentum right now? 📈 Not all skills are being rewarded equally. Our Global Tech Talent & Salary Report 2026, produced in partnership with LinkedIn, shows that the strongest salary growth over the last year has been concentrated in roles closest to delivery, transformation and AI adoption, particularly software engineering, DevOps, product, project management and AI‑focused roles. These specialisms sit at the point where strategy turns into execution. As organisations continue digital transformation and invest in AI, roles that can design, build, scale and deliver value are seeing the greatest uplift. That doesn’t mean everyone in these roles automatically benefits. Seniority, commercial impact, and the organisation you work for still matter. But the overall direction is clear: pay growth is flowing toward skills that help businesses move faster and modernise. If you’re thinking about your next role or where to focus your development time, it’s worth asking: Are your skills aligned with where investment and opportunity are heading? 👉 Explore which specialisms are seeing the strongest demand and reward in the Tech Talent & Salary Report 2026: https://lnkd.in/enAKbVTb
