Guidde in High Gear 🏎️ Over the past few weeks, the "High Gear" energy has been felt across the entire company. In NYC, our GTM teams came together for our first-ever SKO, aligned around how we win in 2026 🏎️ Team ⚡ Fast 🎯 Accurate It was a week about sharpening our edge, raising the bar, and building the operating rhythm that will carry our next stage of growth. And because momentum is not just a sales motion, we carried the same energy across the rest of the org. Our Engineering and G&A teams across Israel and the EU came together for a company Kick-Off built on the same theme and the same ambition. Different functions, same direction. We stepped back to imagine where Guidde will be at the beginning of 2027, what it will take to get there, and how each team contributes to winning together. Clarity, Ownership, Real connection between strategy and execution. High performance is not an event, It is a shared language and a daily commitment across the entire company. After analyzing 9,000,000 minutes of video documentation, we're seeing a quiet but meaningful shift in how teams document their work 👀   In 2024, nearly 90 percent of recordings captured workflows within a single application. In 2025, that number dropped to roughly 80 percent. At the same time, multi-app recordings increased from 10 percent to 19 percent year over year, almost doubling 📈 This change matters because real work rarely happens in one tool. As teams grow and processes mature, workflows naturally span multiple systems.
