What looks like a normal Steam Community profile comment might actually be a malware command and control channel. Our security team found threat actors embedding invisible Unicode characters within Steam profile comments; characters that decode into encrypted URLs pointing to malicious JavaScript. The visible text? Just camouflage. ASCII art, casual comments. The real payload is completely invisible to the human eye. The campaign pairs this with a server-side backdoor that lets attackers remotely rewrite any plugin or theme file using a simple POST request with the right cookie. Even if you remove the injected script, the backdoor can reinstall it. Full research by GoDaddy Security Researcher Krasimir K.: https://lnkd.in/eaQ29CVd

Maybe not all small businesses are meant to survive. We tend to treat small business closures as proof that entrepreneurship is failing 📉 Yet a meaningful share of owners who previously closed a business, even at a loss — later go on to become the primary earners in their households💲or build more successful ventures afterwards 📈 (source: GoDaddy Small Business Research Lab, U.S. National Survey 2026) A healthy economy is not one in which every business survives indefinitely. It is one where people can start businesses easily, adapt quickly and re-enter the market with stronger odds the next time around.

The simplest way to explain what we're building at GoDaddy: - ANS = game console - Agents = games - Agent Marketplace = the accessories aisle You buy the console once: that's your infrastructure layer. One registration gives your AI agent a cryptographic identity, DNS-anchored trust, and discoverability across every platform. Then you pick the games that match your goals: agents that handle payments, customer support, data pipelines, whatever you need. When you want to level up? You browse the marketplace for add-ons that extend your capabilities without rebuilding from scratch. The alternative is every AI company building their own isolated identity system. We've seen that movie before with social networks, messaging apps, and payment platforms. Fragmentation helps no one. Open standards win. They always do. That's why ANS is vendor-neutral, protocol-agnostic, and built on the same DNS and PKI infrastructure that already runs the internet. godaddy.com/ans

We tested how far you can push Airo AI Builder in a single session. Starting point: a coffee shop business idea. End result: a web app with an online ordering system, a points-based loyalty program with three tiers, a built-in database for customer tracking, and SMTP email integration for signup confirmations. All built through prompts, no code written. The most interesting growth pattern in small businesses isn’t paid acquisition. It’s the domino effect. One partnership leads to a warm introduction. That introduction leads to a customer. That customer tells three friends. And before you know it, you have a referral engine that costs nothing to run. In the latest episode of Inside Airo AI Builder, they break this down brilliantly. The product management lens on this is clear: growth signals are everywhere if you know where to look. The businesses that grow are the ones that test early, listen to what the data says, and double down on what works. Three things that stood out: • Community partnerships are one of the most underused growth channels for small businesses. They deliver qualified leads with built-in trust. • Your web presence doesn’t need to go viral. It needs to be findable and useful. That compounds over time. • Organic growth is slower to start but harder to kill. Paid growth stops when the budget does. ▶️ Watch on YouTube: https://lnkd.in/e_zk2YuM 🎧 Listen on Spotify: https://lnkd.in/eYsYAQBp #ProductLedGrowth #SmallBusiness #OrganicGrowth #GrowthStrategy #AiroAIBuilder #BuildWithAI #CommunityMarketing #Entrepreneurship

Building trust on the open web starts with open standards. 🌐 On Tuesday, Jun 2 · 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM CEST, GoDaddy will join the LF Decentralized Trust NYC meetup to support the Agent Name Service (ANS)—an open standard helping bring verifiable identity, discovery, and accountability to AI agents. By backing ANS, we’re helping ensure the agentic web stays open, interoperable, and built on the same infrastructure that powers the internet today. We’ll be joining Keith B. Perry, Principal Software Development Engineer at GoDaddy, and Michael Kantor, President of HOL, for the conversation around building a more verifiable and trusted AI agent ecosystem. If you want to learn more or attend the meetup, you can find all the details on the event page: https://lnkd.in/evnciXRE #GoDaddy #OpenStandards #AgentNameService #ANS #OpenWeb #DecentralizedTrust #AIInfrastructure #LFDT
