In 2025, Glean became the trusted Work AI infrastructure for leading enterprises – crossing over $250M ARR (>150% YoY growth), powering a 20T+ tokens‑per‑year run rate, and driving 270M+ Glean Assistant actions across high‑stakes workflows. Customers like TIME, Dell Technologies, T-Mobile, DBS Bank, and Comcast relied on our platform to run some of their most important workflows, from account planning and incident response to audits, product development, and customer support. We shipped 260+ new capabilities and expanded a 100+ connector ecosystem spanning Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Databricks, and more, so Glean can meet people where their work already lives. We deepened model and data partnerships with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, Palo Alto Networks, and others to ground AI in trusted data and strong security – and launched the Work AI Institute to share research-backed playbooks with leaders navigating this shift. That momentum showed up in the market, with recognition from Fast Company, CNBC, Bloomberg, and Forbes, plus top customer ratings on Gartner Peer Insights and G2. In 2026, we’re continuing to build toward an open ecosystem for tools and models, safeguards strong enough that risk leaders can move from “no” to “how,” and agents that remove sludge from work so people can focus on what only they can do.
