Meet Abha Khurana, our Head of People & Culture at Atlys. She’s the heartbeat behind Atlys' culture and the reason we don’t hate Mondays. She recently set off on a Euro trip, hopping across Switzerland, Italy, France and the Netherlands. (And for her, nothing beats the magic of Gstaad and riding the cable car up to Glacier 3000 for those snow-dusted peaks and that crisp, mountain air.) In three words, she’s curious, relentless and fun. And this energy is the reason why our perks and benefits are solid and nobody’s feedback gets ghosted at Atlys. This Earth Day, we ditched the desks for a dose of dirt for our in-house Plantation Drive. 🌱 Our team rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty (literally). Everyone picked a favourite sapling, gave it a new home in a pot and took it home to grow. Here’s to greener desks, cleaner air and nurturing more than just quarterly targets. Because growth isn't just in KPIs. (Sometimes, it’s leafy.) 🍃

Last week, we decided to shake things up a bit on Slack.✨ We launched a scavenger hunt with quickfire prompts like “Find something red” and “Snap your coolest selfie in shades.” Our teammates showed up with creativity, chaos and a whole lot of sass. After 10 chaotic rounds, Team Portugal came out on top with 100 points!👏 This also pushes them to the lead in our Country of the Year race with 200 points, just ahead of Djibouti at 110. We’re big believers in keeping work fun, spontaneous and just a little weird. And this? This was all of that. More games coming soon. Stay tuned!🎯 P.S. - What’s 'Country of the Year'? Last Friday felt a little different. We stayed back after work, grabbed some snacks and gathered around for a good old game of Tambola. Numbers were called, tickets were marked, and just like that, the week wrapped up on a perfect note. Big cheers to our Full House champs: Rudra, Meyyappan, Sanyukta, and Anand!🏆 And a big shoutout to everyone who showed up, played along, and made it fun. 🙌
