With alfred_, you can: See important emails across accounts Search across your inboxes Open the original source email Turn emails into tasks Set due dates Keep your work connected to the message that started it The goal is not just to combine inboxes. The goal is to turn scattered communication into clear action. alfred_ is your AI personal assistant for email, calendar, tasks, and daily work, built to help founders, small business owners, and operators stay organized, focused, and in control. AI Executive Assistant for Email, Calendar, & To Dos
About us
alfred_ is an AI executive assistant built to eliminate the cognitive overhead of email, calendar, and task management. High-leverage people spend too much time managing work instead of doing the work. alfred_ operates quietly in the background to triage inboxes, draft replies, extract action items, flag calendar conflicts, and track commitments without taking control away from the user. The goal is simple: reduce mental load and context switching so people can focus on judgment-intensive, revenue-driving work. Long-term, we’re building toward a future where software acts like a true assistant: anticipating needs, protecting attention, and giving people back their time.

Most emails are just tasks in disguise. That’s why alfred_ makes it easy to turn an email into action. Extract the task. Preload the draft. Create the response. No switching tabs. No starting from a blank page. No letting important work get buried in the inbox. Your inbox should not just store messages. It should help you understand what needs to happen next.

Quick alfred_ update: SMS is back online. Performance and response speed may be a little slow at first as everything comes back online, but we’re working hard to get alfred_ back to full strength by the end of the day. If you’re still experiencing any issues, message me directly and I’ll help get it sorted. One quick ask: please save alfred_ as a contact in your phone. Since alfred_ communicates through SMS, saving the number as a contact helps prevent messages from being mistaken for spam by Apple. Appreciate everyone’s patience while we worked through this. Excited to have SMS back online.

Quick alfred_ update: Apple has temporarily disabled our SMS number after usage grew faster than expected over the last few weeks. It’s frustrating, but also a real scaling moment. Since we've been growing fast and users have been texting alfred_ frequently, usage ramps quickly and triggers platform safeguards while things get reviewed. We’re already working with our messaging provider to get the number recovered. In the meantime, most SMS replies to alfred_ may not go through. alfred_ is still available through the web app. Appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through this.

Ever feel like you have a million things going on at once? One email to answer. One meeting to move. One client to follow up with. One reminder you cannot afford to forget. None of it feels huge on its own. But stack enough small things together and suddenly your whole day feels like survival mode That is the part of work most people do not talk about enough Not the work itself. The coordination around it. That why we built alfred_ Try it out: get-alfred.ai

Before: your day runs you After: you run your day The difference is not working harder It is having a system that clears the noise Too many people spend their day bouncing between emails, reminders, calendar changes, and follow ups just trying to keep things from slipping. That's why alfred_ exists Less context switching. Less background stress. More productivity and time spent on what matters #productivity #founder #smallbusiness #startup

Lights off. Door locked. Streets gone still. The place is finally quiet But you are back at the desk anyway, phone buzzing, calendar shifting, another email you do not want to open but you do. Not because you love it. Because you are trying to keep the wheels from coming off That is the trap. You think you are staying on top of it, but it is staying on top of you Do not run your nights like this Get alfred_ instead

It starts the same way every night Dinner hits the table. Someone asks how your day was. “Good” you say. “Busy” you mean. Then your hand finds the laptop like it has a mind of its own. Just a quick check. Just five minutes. One email turns into ten. One calendar tweak turns into 1 am. Before you know it, you’re back on the highway chasing that little feeling that nothing’s slipping That’s the addiction. Not to work, but to checking alfred_ is built to break the loop
