    Now I’ve touched down in the USA 🇺🇲 on my travels, I’ve had time to reflect on the events earlier in the week. The Dotted event in Manchester was fantastic—it was great to be surrounded by so many fleets and industry experts 🚕 📢 . A special thank you to iCabbi for inviting us to Impact 2025 🙌 . I’m genuinely excited to share that we’ve formed a partnership with iCabbi—a move that we believe will help drive the entire industry forward 🤝 🚀 . As part of this collaboration, Flip will have full access to a new API that iCabbi is building. This is a serious investment in innovation, and we believe it will benefit all of our partners, our hundreds of customers around the world 🌍 , and the industry as a whole by raising the bar for what’s expected. We remain fully committed to working with all dispatch providers and supporting our wide and diverse customer base. From day one, Flip set out to offer a level playing field to the entire taxi market—and iCabbi is an important piece of the puzzle we’ve been working to complete 🧩 .     As you all know my girl took a hard fall and broke her elbow and she has definitely had a hard time not rough housing and being a toddler but she was so excited to get a little get well gift from Kristina Keene and Flip 🥹🥹 love building a community with you all whether is purely professional or personal too! P.S don’t worry about her sister Artemis was very sweet and shared Spooky (Jack Skellington) with her and they were both very happy lol

    Unhinged and fun marketing is the unlock to building a brand that people actually care about. Case in point: Build-A-Bear Workshop I got served one of their videos on insta early this morning and it sent me down a (stuffed) rabbit hole. It was weird. It was funny. And it was not at all what I would have expected from this mall staple my nieces love. So I watched more of their videos. And it quickly hit me that they aren’t just marketing to parents with young kids - they are making content that opened up a young adult population that likes cute stuffies too. And what’s happening? Revenues are rising. They have a cult following. Special Edition stuffies (like their April Fools emo edition one) are selling out rapidly. Build-A-Bear isn’t like those other mall brands that have died over the last decade. It’s doing something different that’s resonating with a bigger, growing audience. Let the lesson here be that your brand doesn’t have to be boring. And in fact, boring might actually kill your brand.

    It's official - Loop & Tie - Sustainable Gifting 🎁 has grounded me. I signed up for this willingly because I love the idea of this campaign. Like, wellness and supporting the environment, but make it fun. No buying anything to participate. Just committing to spend an hour of today totally unplugged. What am I going to do with my hour? Not sure, but it's definitely going to involve Goose and touching from grass. Beautiful work MK Getler-Porizkova & team!
