We’re honored to receive Bentley University’s Progressive Partner Award. As Bentley’s former president, Gloria Cordes Larson shared, this recognition is about the individuals and the organizations doing the day-to-day effort of opening doors, challenging the status quo, and building more inclusive workplaces. Today is Equal Pay Day. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, women working full-time still earn about 81 cents for every dollar earned by men. One factor getting more attention in helping close this gap is *workplace flexibility*. So we’re curious:
